Great customer service

As promised my order shipped the very next day after being placed which was awesome It s unfortunate that it was lost or mishandled during delivery by the mail carrier However The Candle Guy customer service team is working diligently and professionally to solve this matter I really appreciate them being considerate and will definitely be ordering from them again

Great product and customer service

I found Candle Guy thanks to an instagram add and I couldn t pass it up You re my favorite thing to do was the first winner in the Vanilla Cinnamon scent I was pretty iffy on buying a candle without a sniff test but this ended up being my boyfriends favorite candle and I needed to order a second Thanks for all the orgasms was the second in the same scent Which unfortunately never actually made it to my parcel locker even tho USPS said it did and customer service immediately responded to my email and offered to send out a replacement 10 10 small business for a fun quality product and great customer service I really appreciate you guys and look forward to continuing to order silly candles from you

Candle Guy is my go-to for funny candles for my brother another candle guy I bought my second one for him for Christmas and it wasn t hard to find the perfect saying and scent The candles smell wonderful and ordering is easy I received it quickly and it was packaged quite securely I highly recommend this company

Address complication Apple Pay

My order was shipped to an old address Apple Pay auto fill was blamed and I double checked it is not the default address However the team reached out and resolved the issue with me via email and offered to resend my order to the correct address I appreciate their help and will order again

The candles were exactly what I wanted

The candles were exactly what I wanted I am having a rough Christmas my sister passed last January I have financial issues and health issues My cousin and I have grown closer she has similar issues I ordered the candles as a gift for each of us and a friend of hers Just a subtle little flip of the bird to sit on our desks out of public view to remind our coworkers that although we dont say it there are limits to our good natures

I was having an issue with the shipping and I emailed the candle guy The response was immediate and the customer service is amazing Same day responses are unusual and the candle guy resolved the issue quickly and professionally The candle itself smells amazing and my husband loves it It came packaged neatly and discreetly Would definitely order again
