I have 3 Apple Watch bands that I love I got Mr husband a bracelet I must say that Cape s customer service is great My husband s bracelet broke and I contacted them Customer service asked for a picture of the broken part I sent them a picture of it and they promptly sent a replacement I will continue to purchase from them because of their great product and customer service

I really like how your jewelry is I did wear mine a lot and one of mine did break I also like the varieties I have purchased free watch bands bracelets a pair of earrings and a necklace I also have given the website to multiple people that have complimented my watch band

Replacement band received

I had written a review after receiving an email to do so The apple watch band I had ordered unfortunately had broken where it slides into the watch I received an email from customer service apologizing and asking for a picture After sending the picture I had a few exchanges with Lyn from CS and ultimately received a replacement band within the week I appreciate this resolution and recommend these products I really love the bands I ve purchased

The quality of the stones in these Watch bands is very good My cousin used to make stone jewelry and she recognized the quality right away The customer service is pleasant and helpful and they respond within a day I had questions regarding sizing and they were very helpful I was only interested in the stretch bands I ordered the small but notice the beaded one to be a bit loose so women with tiny wrists may prefer the ones that wrap

Beautiful watch band fabulous customer service

I bought a beautiful agate watch band from them and 2 weeks after receiving it it fell apart while I was wearing it I contacted them about repairs and they sent me a whole new one It has held together like a champ so far and is just as lovely as the original Just fabulous customer service any time I ve contacted them

Great customer service I was a little concerned that one of the items in my order had not arrived so I reached out via email for an update A lovely customer service rep named Anna replied promptly and assured me that the last item would probably arrive soon She was right and I received the final item yesterday Today she reached out to check and see if it had arrived Exceptional customer service and lovely products I m a happy customer
