Amazing Experience

Looking for my final pieces of wedding jewellery with a very small margin of time I found a stunning necklace from Carat With 5 days remaining before I leave for the venue I didn t think I would get it in time I emailed their support team and Leanne replied to me straight away got my order dispatched immediately and I had it the next day Wonderful customer service very kind and efficient The actual necklace is even more beautiful in person I can t rate this company highly enough and will definitely be looking to order more in the future

Fantastic service

I wanted a pair of earrings for a wedding and wasn t sure that they would arrive on time as delivery was between 5 and 15 days and the wedding was less than 2 weeks off I sent an email to explain the situation and Leanne from customer service replied to ask me to place the order then email her back with my order number so she could get them dispatched for me The earrings arrived the next day and I wasn t disappointed This is the first time I have ordered from Carat but will definitely be ordering from them again

Excellent customer service from the aftercare team The jewellery is stunning i was bought the Carissa necklace for my wedding unfortunately one of the pendants on the back came off It s a delicate piece so it can happen I contacted the aftercare team and within a few weeks my repaired necklace was returned Will definitely purchase again Thank you Carat London team

The most amazing company The quality of the products gentle diamonds is just incredible and the team have been on hand for guidance to make the purchase process so wonderful Even when a slight hiccup happened carat London have been so personable and understanding I will be coming back for sure xx

The level of customer care from Carat as been second to none The ring that we originally ordered was too big our fault for not knowing the correct size and had to be sent back to Carat to be altered Every step of the process was communicated promptly and clearly by Roxy Aftercare Manager and we now have a perfect ring just in time for Christmas I would have no hesitation recommending Carat the quality is amazing and the customer service is fantastic Thank you so much Andy
