Avoid - Horrible non-existent customer service

Carcoon has horrible non-existent customer service I struggle to understand how they are still in business I called to order was told the item was in stock and I would receive it in 2 - 3 days it did not arrive I called for an update no answer left a message no call back eventually got to speak to someone who said they would come back to me with an update this was 8 days after ordering she did not call back 3 weeks later still no Carcoon I called nobody picked up so I left a message telling them to cancel my order If pre-sales service is this bad when your trying to spend upwards of 600 I can only image how difficult it would be if the item turned up damaged or you ever needed any replacement parts I placed an order with Airflow and bought an Airchamber

I think they have gone out of business and forgotten to turn off the website

I placed an order for an Indoor Veloce Carcoon on the 3rd of November 2023 and received an email confirming the order The confirmation included the comment Please note due to covid-19 we have a waiting list and your order will be shipped as soon as possible COVID excuse in 2023 really I haven t received my Carcoon or any replies to any emails or an answer to the various voice messages I have left I have canceled my order via email and removed the credit card approval I honestly think that they have gone out of business and forgotten to turn the website off

Don t bother never gets anywhere

Ordered filter sets from them 3 times and got confirmation but never goes anywhere Tried calling and say the busy over Xmas really bad company

it s not looking good here either order placed for a coded Carcoon on 4th December 2023 on 24 Jan 2024 I was told coded Carcoons are no longer available despite being advertised on the website and still are as of 19th Feb 2024 I swapped to a clear Carcoon and was told wait a week so a further order on 4th Feb 2024 for filters for an older Carcoon was placed I was told wait a week over 600 mid February and still nothing As others have said pre sales service is dreadful if nothing by end of Feb orders will be cancelled will report back watch this space

Where is my order for new filters

Ordered two set of new filters sept 2023 now March 2024 Nothing arrived Poor customer communications and service Not happy at all Time to get your act together as a respected car storage solution the product Veloce model carcoon is brilliant luv it But parts replacement for service intervals is awful

Appear to not want customers

Emailed a sales enquiry but never heard back No answer to numerous phone calls and even their main UK distributer says they don t have any stock and Carcoon can t meet their stock requests What a shame as they have been going a long while and are UK based but no point if they simply don t care about their customers I ordered an Airchamber which was with me within 48 hours and which I am very happy with

Useless

Useless obviously don t stock what they sell zero communication are they even still trading don t waste your time and look for alternatives there are plenty about
