Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service Returned my item and instead giving me a refund they charged me again After calling and complaining around 6-7 times They refunded me the error but still waiting on my initial refund They keep saying check your account but its been almost a month and they say the same thing I will have to make a charge back via my bank Avoid this company

Purchased a cover for out 2016 Can Am

Purchased a cover for out 2016 Can Am Spyder RT with trunk and put all the correct information into the web sites Guaranteed to fit your vehicle finder It arrived but didn t need to install it on the bike because it was stored in garage When we did there was so much extra fabric that allowed water to pool Don t see how this was correct for my cycle Call and they said it was past the 30 day return policy don t under why they would not replace with correct size will not be recommending them to anyone

Useless cover no refund SCAMMERS

Useless cover can t contact no refund This is my experience from these scammers The tailored to fit cover nowhere near fits my car There is a note inside the package actually saying it s not waterproof even though it s advertised as waterproof It s been impossible to contact them by any means Fortunately I eventually got a refund from VIsa AVOID

06 11 23 I ordered a cover for my car A 2017 golf r When it arrived it did not fit Not long enough or wide enough They sent a second replacement which is longer but still not wide enough All requests for a refund were ignored Eventually I accepted a 30 Refund and keep both covers They do not have tailored covers but try to make a stock size fit your car So now I have two covers which do not fit properly I would think very carefully before you order from this company This was the most expensive cover

Website said perfect fit It s a Rubbish Fit

Website said perfect fit for my Can-Am Ryker When it arrived it was just a huge bag and know way a good fit All the extra material would just allow rain water to poolIt doesn t even have taped seams I m sending mine back for a refund Best cover I purchased was the Dowco WeatherAll Plus it s a really good quality cover and fits like a glove

WARNING

Would give no star rating if I could Warning the standard car cover is not waterproof at all even though they advertise that it is Used only once and the cover leaked like a sieve more water trapped under cover on my classic car than was on top of the cover These covers are probably ok to keep the dust off but certainly aren t waterproof Expensive purchase for a dust cover

Pointless Premium edition car cover

Ordered a premium edition car cover for my 1966 Chevelle which is currently stored outside comms were good and the cover arrived promptly Once fitted we had pleanty of rain to test the cover and it failed miserably spoke to customer services on the chat and Justine responded offering a free replacement great this was delivered as promised but again utterly useless The covers are cheap poor quaility and generic fit The seams are the problem area and leak this leaves your pride and joy sweating under a cover damaging the paint I emailed and asked for a full refund as it is not fit for purpose Justine responded offering me 40 off as I can still use it indoors I once again requested a refund and now they do not respond to emails Save your money and your car and find a decent manufacturer

BEWARE

BEWARE Zero Stars would be more appropriate I have had the cover for approx 4 months and the plastic clip for the strap broke through normal use 3rd time of using meaning the cover regularly leaves the car in the recent high winds Contacted car covers Factory for a replacement clip and was told the covers have NO WARRANTY they could not supply a replacement clip but that I could purchase bungie straps for additional cost Quoted Consumer Rights Act and they have gone very quiet AVOID at all costs - Save your money and buy from a reputable company that actually provides 1 A quality product that is fit for purpose and 2 Provides good customer service

Gust Straps

Was sent a pair of gust straps I used them today for the first time I cannot attach the straps to the alloy wheels of my Nissan Quashqai I contacted the customer services hoping for help But was told by there agent Joe to send pictures As strong winds are forecast for the next couple of days I fully expect the cover to blow off the car

They are not 100 waterproof Only have centre tie down back and front flap in the windNot fitted or custom for your vehicle Not worth the money
