Hit or miss

Hit or miss I purchased a total of 4 over a 2 year time span All the premium ones The first was one for my GR86 which fit very well Got one for my Tesla which didn t fit at all Got one for my SUV which fit just okay but looked like a balloon in areas The other was for a midsize Toyota which also was just okay These are not custom cut like some companies that still make them but custom are more expensive A Tesla Model S from Tesla is 400 however it is likely worth it Would not waste my money on one of these for a Tesla The quality is great they have a good guarantee and return policy Customer service is spot on and easy to return for exchange or refund Keep your box after you unpack and make sure it fits and doesn t blow off in the wind

Cover didn t fit but good service around that issue

This company is based in the USA If you are ordering from the UK that can come as a shock when you see that the sender is in Texas Never the less the cover arrived in about 48 hours Very impressive However it didn t fit In fact it didn t even nearly fit and I got in contact to arrange a refund At the same time I checked Trust Pilot to find a disastrous set of reviews I thought I was in trouble but the opposite was the case I contacted them and they asked me to send the cover back to an address in the UK cost 10 - paid by me They then refunded me the full amount within about 4 hours of receiving the return So the only thing that went wrong was the size of the cover - which is bad because my motorcycle was actually listed as a specific fit - but there you go Overall I think their service around that issue was very good

I returned my cover for a Jeep and received the fullpayment back into my bank account within the 30 days guaranteed Can highly recommend sending them a copy of return label as proof Edward UK

Website error

Good product and extremely fast shipping When purchasing the website glitched out sending me back to the beginning The second attempt worked Now I have two covers and only need one Advise me on returns

Common comaint Too small but resolved

Same complaint Cover comes too small then they want to charge more for replacement Won t ever use this company again Customer service gives conflicting information when trying to resolve then just disappeared when escalated to a supervisor Steer clear I had a great product and price from Neverland via Amazon Suggest using them instead for all covers Update After their admission of miscommunication in their customer service depth I received the correct cover for 21 which fits perfectly and I didn t need to return the too small one thus not getting hit with restocking fee Basically satisfied at this point but frustrating Thanks Justine for the help on your end You were the best to work with

It was great the cover arrived i day

It was great the cover arrived 1 day ahead of schedule The downside is that it is labelled and is a saloon model version not the hatchback version I ordered If you have a hatchback can I return and get a replacement
