Stay away pure customer service

Stay away pure customer service Absolutely teribol service and attitude we signed a contract with them we requested cancellation and pay the cancellation to Paytek 456 and they they are demanding us to sent back the or they will take things further with legal action When asked Paytek what we need to do with the card terminal they say nothing you can despot it as is all paid for so why this pure company CIP are treating with legal action to take the card terminal and resell it making more money from it I would advise to stay far away from CIP my experience it was terrible

Very bad service from Card Industry

Very bad service from Card Industry Professionals they are happy when you sign up with them but as soon as you want to cancel they disconnect your call I have had to go directly to Paytek for help as I cannot get in touch with Card Industry Professionals as the keep disconnecting my calls

Immoral Not a living wage employer

Arranged for a quote from these guys but rep never turned up When I spoke with him transpires they are self employed but managed as employees but without pay so I refused to engage with them further as they aren t a living wage employer Any decent human should do the same
