Wow What a first class service from first contact to ongoing help and supportAndy has been there every step of the way from advice and recommending what machines would best suit my business and the volume of transactions that we process it s certainly been a pleasure to deal with him My only negative is on my part is I should of use Andy and CIP years ago

A smooth transaction from my old card supplier to my new supplier from CIP saving me 120 a month The Castle machine has been fantastic never looses signal easy to use and easy to train staff on Zoe also have been wonderful working with and look forward to working with again on my new establishment

I have been on the hunt for a card

I have been on the hunt for a card reader to except payments from but kept coming up against one problem that I couldn t speak to a person just a robot I was then introduced to Karen who deals with Zettle and explained I was looking for someone to sit down with me help me set it up and if I needed any help at any time I could contact her Karen ticked all the boxes She sat down with me made sure it was all set up correctly and down loaded the app and put all my worries to bed I recommend this piece of equipment to everyone now but more importantly I would recommend Karen

Great Service

Karen was introduced to us by Mark Shearring and it was a great introduction Karen went away to work on how she could save us money within a couple of weeks we had transferred over to a Zettle Paypal set up and Karen was helped us through the set up process Great service and Karen is really easy to work with

Excellent service from Aidan Aidan got us great prices completed set up installation very quickly provided training and helped us with cancelling our existing contract The whole process couldn t have gone any smoother Would not hesitate to recommend
