Karen was extremely helpful efficient

Karen was extremely helpful efficient from the very start She went through the fee structure which was very clear saving the charity over 4k a year Karen recommended changing to a portable hand held terminal which is a lot easier to use for many of our costumers I would highly recommend Karen

We have recently moved over to CIP but have found them to be extremely efficient with customer service I have dealt with Aiden on several occasions with teething issues and have found him to be quick in responding to solve any queries

Received my card machine within a few days I was taken step by step through the setup by Ian Dawson which made the whole experience much easier excellent service from sign up to end result

Excellent service from Andy and Eric

Andy and Eric are always pleasant to deal with and always find us the best deal for our card payment needs Once again they ve supplied a new card machine and lower fees than before They re always available to help and advise and I can t recommend them highly enough

We have dealt with Karen Fabrizi and she has been wonderful The process of finding new card machines providers for our two businesses has been quick and easy with Karen s help She is always at the end of the phone for assistance and she promptly replies to emails Would highly recommend CIP I would also like to mention the excellent service from Mark Shearing who put us in touch with CIP and again is very helpful and prompt with any queries questions

Fast and easy system to use

The representative Zoe Bordiuk explained everything to us in easy simple terms to understand Zoe answered all our queries and after setting the system up for us she patiently went through all the instructions with us The system is fast and easy to use Zoe contacted us after a week to check everything was working OK for the business Zoe was very polite and nothing was too much trouble for her

Zoe working with us from start until finish really helped us she found what suited us and even now continues to support us if we have any questions or need help with anything The support over the phone to help set up the machine when there were some technical issues was great very friendly and really clear and helpful so nothing felt stressful Thank you for everything - all businesses should go with CIP if they can Not having to waste time getting everything sorted helps when you re running a business and if everyone is as helpful as Zoe was who works for CIP even better

Amazing Service Always

Aidan from Card Industry Professionals has been amazing throughout our whole transition from a large card processing company We really do feel like valued customers with regular check ins and catch ups We couldn t recommend CIP any more No question is too small or insignificant and the responses are super quick too Highly professional company Newcastle Physiotherapy

Ian Dawson provided the relevant information as soon as I contacted him regarding the possibility of a card reader Within days everything was organised equipment was delivered and Ian installed it Far faster than I expected or any other company had quoted Ian provided a professional and friendly service he went out of his way to work within my timescale and even rearranged his day to work around mine so we could meet face to face Well done Ian I will be recommending him to my friends and colleagues
