Andy Aisthorpe was the agent who set us up he has been very helpful and we are pleased with the machines they are more reliable than sumup which we were using before I have contacted Andy several times with questions and he always replies quickly and gets things sorted The only thing that could be better would be if the money went into account a bit sooner

Karen Fabrizi s service is fab It does what it says on the tin My previous card machine was playing up and was far from intuitive Karen supported me to match the machine to my business needs supported me to set it up and allowed time for me to practise and achieve independence What s more it s soon to be linked to my on line accounting system so my accountant will be pleased as well A simple and affordable solution for invoicing taking payments and issuing receipts without a headache Suffice to say Zettle now sums up success for me Thank you Karen Highly recommended

I would like to take this opportunity to praise Alfie Cook who was the representative who helped me resolve my very expensive dilemma I took some terminals out through a broker and was given mixed messages and false hopes When i made him aware the machines were not suitable for my particular business i was told to return them only to be greeted with a 2000 bill I tried to resolve the matter with the broker who in short said there was nothing he could do I was very stressed and didn t know what steps to take I decided to call Card Industry Professionals and thankfully was put through to Alfie who was polite listened to what i had to say explained what i had to do Alfie was very prompt after reading ny email and had the matter resolved in less than 24 hours I cannot thank Alfie enough for lifting this massive burden off my head when we are just in the start up stage of starting a new business Thank you for all your support Alfie

Ian Dawson has not only been the ultimate professional in our dealings with him Ian has gone way beyond the call of duty The day before opening our business for the first time we were let down by another card provider Ian managed to borrow other portable card machines and get us connected just in time We now have the permanent machines in situ and he took it upon himself to install the machines on our behalf Highly recommended

We met with Eric to talk about our old card machines and he helped us understand our statement costs which were high we switched to Eric and CIP and we have been very impressed with their service Eric has really looked after us set up the terminals and made us some great savings
