After 10 days we still haven t had a

After 10 days we still haven t had a payment through despite emails phone calls etc our business is now in a precarious position of being overdrawn and not being abe to pay suppliers

The card machines don t work as promised the service guy who was coming last week must be lost as we still haven t seen him and they go offline every five minutes We seem to be forced to pay charges for services we don t want as we have too Still not set up on the online portal after several weeks Other than these minor hiccups it s all good

Prices are excellent number key pad needs to be bigger does not help fat fingers or disabled Portal needs to be live to the minute not at some point next day for transactions so live total without z reset on machine would be useful too or just get it all on an app

Very good service with easy transition from previous card company to the Card Industry Professionals My only issue is when logging on to our account - I don t think the transaction information and the layout is as good as our previous card supplier
