Easy experience

Liam visited us in October and done a survey and provided us with various prices Mum didn t feel she was quite ready for a stairlift then She recently had a fall and we needed one in a hurry contacted Liam and a stairlift was fitted by Cameron and himself within a few days Professional friendly service no pushy sales talk excellent tidy workmanship highly recommended

An amazing response to my fathers stairlift breakdown even though this was not the original company that installed it very comprehensive and professional advice from Liam and a subsequent visit and repair from Chris the engineer was first class the price was very acceptable in view of the large repair needed thank you all for your time and efforts

We used their chairlift rental services for a period of a few months and I can share that the quality of both the chairlift and their customer service has been really good In spite of us having to change the installation dates at really really short notice they acted professionally and very reasonably We are all really happy with their quality of their service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a chairlift Thank you Liam and the team

Carelift were recommended to us and Liam at Carelift was very helpful and empathetic when he came out with the hoist and then even told us not to buy any more slings off him as we might get provided with them by the NHS Would thoroughly recommend both him and Lesley in the office who was also very helpfu

Due to the passing of my mother we

Due to the passing of my mother we needed her stair lift removed from the house Contacted carelift and arranged a day for its removal Unfortunately i was unable to be there for this day So arranged with Liam to access house via key safe box outside Excellent Job was completed with minimum contact Thanks Liam and your team Honest company Highly recommended John Harlow

Excellent service as usual

Excellent service as usual My stairlift stopped working so a quick call to Lesley in the local admin office there was fortunately an engineer there who soon diagnosed the problem Lesley said I d see him in 2 hours it was under 1 Quickly fixed chair seat apparatus out of system sync with stair rod As I was due for a service he did that as well Their staff are always friendly polite and kind and most efficient and because they are local it makes life so much easier to arrange things It helps that you can talk to someone rather than a computer I would not hesitate to recommend them

The Old Vicarage residential care home has been using Carelift services for the past year They will come out on the day if there is an emergency very quickly They are polite towards to our residents and staff alike

Carelift Services what a fantastic company We needed a hoist so my wife could go on holiday ringing to find availability we were spoken to by Hannah who arranged our date for collection We paid there and then plus the return on time access damage waiver fee Leslie who demonstrated how it all went together and worked and made certain we could operated it properly nothing was to much trouble We returned our hoist as agreed and our Return Deposit damage fee was paid instantly back into our account What a pleasant company to deal with The owner Liam who I met has created a company that puts the customer first and nothing was to much trouble for any of his team 100 will be using again without doubt Kindest regards to you all Kevin Heather

Great Firm

Reliable and efficient Arrived when they said they would repaired the chair lift and did not add any extra charges to the callout bill Liam was polite easy going and explained the problem simply and clearly which was a boon for an old dodderer like me Definitely use them again should the need arise and would not hesitated to recommend them Must not forget to add a thank you to the office staff who again were polite charming and very helpful

The service was super efficient

The service was super efficient installation achieved before the date quoted The two guys who put it in were lovely worked unbelievably quickly and cleared up brilliantly The stairlift is hardly noticeable and does not impede other movement on the staircase It is also very easy to control
