Excellent service and support from CareLift

Service and support from CareLift have been excellent At relatively short notice Liam quickly and efficiently identified the best product to meet our needs in terms of suitability value for money and availability within our timescale providing full and clear advice as to the pros and cons of different available products Installation engineers Chris and Paul arrived punctually were friendly helpful respectful of us and our property completed the installation efficiently and neatly and cleaned up very thoroughly afterwards The whole process was completed in just over three weeks though it could have been just over a fortnight had we accepted the first installation date offered Our experience of customer service so far gives us every confidence that we will receive good future support with servicing and maintenance CareLift are a pleasure to deal with We would recommend contacting CareLift directly as they offer a range of products so you are not limited to a single manufacturer

Excellent Service

Christmas eve we had a problem with my grandmothers stairlift the company she regularly uses we unresponsive I reached out to csrelift services and Liam was extremely helpful providing information over the phone to help even though it wasn t their product Liam went the extra mile with a follow up after Christmas I would highly recommend this company and thank you Liam

Excellent service from Carelift

I contacted the company just before Christmas and due to the holiday the first visit by Liam was at the start of the New Year Liam pointed out that a few alterations were needed because of the socket and radiator location Once we had done this Liam and his colleague attended within a week and installed the lift The work was done without fuss or mess We highly recommend Carelift Services

5 star experience

The experience from start to finish was 5 star There was no pressure from the really helpful young man who came to explain the types available he was very knowledgeable indeed It was fitted very quickly after we made our decision We are very happy with the stairlift we chose and the two people that came to fit it were very kind and explained in great detail how to use it I cannot give them enough credit for the brilliant service

Extremely Helpful and Efficient Company

Called Carelift Services at 6pm following the breakdown of my Mums stairlift I had not dealt with this company before but made contact as the original stairlift installer couldn t visit for over a week Carelift juggled their work around for the next day and an engineer was on site to undertake the repair at 2pm the next day Everyone I have spoken to has been courteous and nothing was too much trouble I cannot thank the team enough for their help and would thoroughly recommend the company

Carelift Services have been wonderful from the first time they called to complete a survey for the installation of the stairlift to the completion of the installation Liam was very thorough and patient in taking all the necessary measurements and Chris the installer did a wonderful job He left everything clean and tidy and was very helpful and patient in showing us how the lift worked I would have no hesitation in recommending their services The stair lift itself is very easy to use and is just what my partner needs

Very good service

From first contact with Lesley to Chris removing the stairlift very happy with the service we received Especially pleased that Chris was able to remove the stairlift a week earlier than anticipated It was great to be able to get up and down the stairs easily and made it so much easier for a furniture delivery that happened a few days later

My 94 year old mother thought stair

My 94 year old mother thought stair lift wasn t working so couldn t access toilet Carelift came 30 minutes later Checked everything There was no fault So was just my mother confused But great service This visit alone makes me highly recommend

My elderly mother s stairlift developed a problem on a Sunday morning Carelift Services dealt with the issue in a prompt courteous and efficient manner and the problem was rectified in just a few hours We were very impressed with the service provided
