First a class company

I first came across Carelift when my poorly neighbour had a stairlift fitted by them I was with him when Liam came to measure up and also when it was fitted The care shown the quality of product and fitting was first class Last week my wife broke her hip and had no question in my mind that Carelift were first choice to provide and fit They came very promptly and gave advice on what type of lift would be suitable how it would be fitted There was absolutely no rubbish sales patter and we can offer a discount if you order today The price was very acceptable and was fitted next day I have no connection with Carelift whatsoever but if you are thinking of a stairlift I suggest you speak to them before you order First class company

I m by 78 and dependant on mobility equipment from the very first I new it would be fine Clear and straight to the point with my first enquiry followed by just a short time which led to home visit and repair So unusual these days definitely a company to remember

Firstly may i say how pleased my wife and I were with Laim coming out to give us a quote for a stairlift on giving us a quote we then asked how long before we could have it fitted he said in two days time The fitter duly arrived on time we must say how polite he was and after he had fitted the stairlift he then gave us a demonstration of all the working parts I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone thinking of installing a stairlift Thank you for your brilliant service I remain J A Wootton

Installation

The engineer Chris G arrived just as my old stairlift died completely I left him alone until he had finished when I went to inspect his work The stairlift he had installed was quieter and a smoother ride than my old one He had left no mess and I am very happy with my new stairlift

Fantastic Job

Fantastic service from this company It wasn t without it s challenges but Liam has a tenacity to see the job through He was kind caring polite and respectful to my mother and her surroundings I cannot stress how grateful we are to you providing and installing the chairlift It has saved us the stress and expense of trying to find alternative accommodation and for this we are truly grateful Mum gets to stay in her own home now she has this invaluable aid in getting up and down the stairs Well done Liam and thank you Barbara Sam

Excellent Customer Care

Chris the Service Engineer carried out the service on the on the disabled stairlift taking special care of the carpet and surrounding areas very polite and courteous Would definitely recommend this company if you need to purchase a disabled stairlift

Very pleasant engineer who was friendly and courteous worked hard on the stairlift Explained what the problem was and fixed it Also the lady arranging the call out was very pleasant and did her best to get an engineer to us as soon as she could

My parents through floor lift was serviced by CareLift 1st class service from the team We have now had the lift removed because Mum Dad have now both passed away Carelift worked non stop in removing the lift and making good the ceiling Would thoroughly recommend this company
