This company were so helpful kind and informative we hired a hoist for a weekend away used own sling and it was delivered to our lodge before we even arrived and they collected after we left lovely ladies thank you 100 recommended

Excellent service throughout Outstanding From our first call with Liam then to Hannah Then from the two engineers who came to fit the chair lift who were professional courteous and understanding They went beyond our expectations to make sure we understood everything They tidied up and were brilliant We are delighted and would highly recommend them

Mum and Dad had a stairlift fitted last year and couldn t have been more complimentary about all of the representatives from Carelift services They found many other companies quite pushy but felt under no pressure form Carelift The fitting was quick tidy and the work men polite Unfortunately mum passed away and we no longer needed the stair lift It was removed promptly and again the work was carried out extremely well Cannot recommend this company enough

Brilliant service Rang Liam at 7 40 am and he arrived at 8 20 He examined the chairlift and got it working within 10 minutes and did not charge for his expertise Have used Liam several times in the past and have always found him to be extremely polite courteous and helpful Well done Liam brilliant service you are a credit to your profession

The engineer arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem with our stairlift He was polite efficient and treated our home with respect I would definitely recommend this company

They solved what turned out to be a tricky problem with kindness persistence a pleasant manner and could not have been better I rarely leave reviews but Chris and Barry who was also at the first visit could not have been more helpful We had clear explanations of what they were doing and why Chris came back twice more having spoken to the manufacturer to fix the over riding issue He knew how important and reliant my husband in particular was on having a working and reliable lift We had started with the company who supplied the lift but they did not seem to have much clue or to really care and after many weeks we were no further forward Carelift Services were genuinely concerned for our situation and had a very unusual problem sorted in less than a fortnight including fitting replacement parts I cannot thank them or praise them enough

A Reconditioned stairlift was fitted for my mum in September Staff were helpful and informative easy to talk to with no pressure or hard sell The installers were friendly and very helpful - removing old stair rails making good holes and repositioning grab rails Very clean and tidy Fitters took time to understand my mums needs and ensured that she was able to operate the lift independently without any stress Excellent service - understanding installers - would definitely recommend

From the first telephone conversation with Lesley to the removal of the stairlift by Jamie and Barry I was impressed by the service provided by Carelift Services Lesley was very friendly and helpful and made arrangements for collection Jamie and Barry arrived in good time on removal morning and worked quickly and tidily Very satisfied customer

Both the admin staff and engineer Chris were extremely helpful Mother s stairlift developed a fault on the Friday morning After calling the office it was initially understood that a visit would not be possible until Monday morning A short time later the office called back to say Chris would call after his last appointment of the day He arrived at 4pm and Mother was up and running half hour later We were kept informed throughout Huge thanks to you all for an amazing and efficient service
