ULEZ nightmare

Wonderful amount of cars however mostly irrelevant as they don t say if ULEZ free Only way to sort them is to go toTFL website and check every vehicle

Good selection but saved searches are a faff

This site seems to have a good selection of cars but the settings for saved searches are too general so that for example you seem to be able to save the choice manufacturer and model but not other filters such as age engine miles etc Consequently you get daily updates for cars which are not suitable at all and have to go in and set the filters each day Bit of a faff tbh

A great beginning that is losing momentum

I have used CarGurus for several years Unfortunately you have definitely moved into number 2 if not 3 in my personal preference behind Autotrader You keep prompting me to see Mercedes S class Saloons while I am hunting a Coupe CarGurus are only attracting 50 of potential sellers at best So they need to work harder and smarter on their dealer base

Not there yet

Unfortunately I have yet to find the car I m looking for In the meantime keep getting emails showing other makes than those requested and cars way out of my price range which is annoying I will keep looking however as do need to find a replacement car asap

Not enough information

The site was good However it would be better to get more information reviews of the actual companies selling the cars When buying a car it s important to be able to vet the vendor This didn t seem to be possible using this site

No responses fro sellers

I ve only given a mark of 3 as I ve contacted 2 sellers via your website the 1st one hasn t even acknowledged or contacted me at all in over a week the 2nd one did say they d be in touch but I ve still received nothing else nearly 2 days later Needless to say I m disappointed

Limiting you choices

When you are looking for a car there may not be the exact spec available so the app doesn t allow you to set a spec up and then let it notify you when one becomes available also if you state you are looking for a automatic why do you get manual versions If i want a manual version i will ask for one
S

I asked to be informed of Smart Cars

I asked to be informed of Smart Cars within a radius of 50 miles Instead wasting my time sending me information of cars all over the country
G

I disliked the fact you cant seem to

I disliked the fact you cant seem to enter your full search criterea like i m only interested in automatics but constantly get sent manual cars
S

Wasting both our times by sending cars outside the criteria set

You continue to send me any old Nissan Juke with prices up to 19k when I have asked for up to 15k - and black at that If you haven t got any new cars in please don t feel you have to send me stuff which doesn t meet my criteria It s just a waste of time for both parties
