Pointless and bombarded with marketing and ignored requests to stop countless times

No body ever got back to me on original chat they didn t know anything only what was in the add which I knew I then said its fine I will ring the garage myself I asked for no marketing on all preferences and also unsurprised 16 times I have sent 3 emails yet still keep getting 2 - 3 emails ect a day about vans when clearly asked not for any its a complete liberty they just ignore my requests

Bought car on 22nd dec n after few days

Bought car on 22nd dec n after few days found oil leaking issue after few week they done found engine chain is gone which is cost me more then my car Waited 5 weeks to get log book then order it myself not suggest to anyone

Poor customer service

I contacted a dealer reference a car I saw on the CarGurus site and I got a phone pretty much straight away Then after being promised a return phone call I never heard from this person again despite seeing the car still advertised Despite ringing and emailing them with photos of my own car it was as if they didn t want to sell the car I liked Shocking customer service

Please respect unsubscribe requests I have found a car have tried repeatedly to unsubscribe and I still get emails including this one

CarGurus are most useless and unhelpful I have many times and through various channels tried to find out information about a car I was interested in No-one ever gave me any advice or info I ve been looking for Complete failure and will not use in the future

I did a live chat with a woman said I was interested in a car she couldn t answer my questions or make an appointment Gave me the name of the dealer which allowed me to check their reviews the reviews were dreadful and nobody bothered to contact me again - hence this review a bit more transparency please

Bad communication from car sales to potential buyer

Smart Car BT16FHM Aldermaston Sascron Ltd Pices Hill RG74PG My partner Jane Bailey spoke to a sales rep and agreed a viewing 21st July at 11 00 am The so called sales rep said he would send an email about the cars details and confirming the date to view It was a 47 miles each way trip 94 miles NO EMAIL arrived and when the sales person was phoned just before Jane Bailey set off She was informed that the car was sold Jane Bailey s conclusion was the car dealer working at SASCON showed no regard for her no apology no email just HAVE A NICE DAY Less than zero would would have been an appropriate score

Absolutely rubbish site

Absolutely rubbish filter option drives you out out your preferences over and over again I tried to save my preferred filter on SUV about 3 times but every time its keeps taking me to MPV section I chose petrol cars only but in search you find all sort of diesel and hybrid cars my preference is nowhere to be seen but all you see recommendations from so called gurus You needs to have weeks and weeks in hands to search a car on this website Facebook market gumtree and autotrader are not perfect but 100 times better than these gurus clowns Thanks for nothing your site is rubbish

what a crock

what a crock they say companies deliver nationwide but i have contacted 3 so called home delivery companies enquiring about cars i wish to purchase but have heard back from only one witch said i had to come into there pace to view car which i could not do because i have no means of getting there so here i am stuck out in the country with the prospect of it being a bleak christmas without a vehicle to go shopping for provisions so i suggest car gurus you stop saying companies will do home delivery when they clearly will not

Avoid capital auto traders ltd croydon

Don t buy anything off of someone called Dave Harvey from Capital Autos Centre Ltd in South Croydon CR2 6PE He has a horrible attitude and is so rude I enquired about a car and was asking general questions as I m sure anyone would before buying and he called me a time waster for absolutely no reason All I wanted to know was information that was not on the advert for the car No reason for his rudeness If he has an attitude like that he must be dodgy anyway so I m not even going to bother with him any more Dodgy dealer can shove the car where the sun don t shine and he can go and get some manners Do not even give this place the time of day rude man
