This company is a total scam
This company is a total scam I visited them inside of a Costco and they convinced me to purchase a key They said no problem You ll get the key shipped to your house within 5 to 7 business days After 5 to 7 business days I reached out to them they said oh sometimes it takes up to two weeks After the two weeks I reached out to them again and they informed me that my key is no longer available And they said that now I have to go all the way back to Costco to get a refund Do not buy from this company They are completely unreliable

Poor Product and Horrible Service
Horrible customer service and a product that does not work Received my key programmer and it failed to maintain connection Called technical support at 2 45 Pacific Time - was told I need to speak with a Technical Team member and was put on hold for 30 minutes after they have closed for the day after being on hold that long I hung up Called back the next day and spoke with Cole Cole told me they d get an RMA and directions to return my defective unit immediately - that was 4 business days ago no contact Would DEFINITELY NOT do business with them and recommend stay clear

I am disappointed with Mr Jeff Walker
I am disappointed with Mr Jeff Walker s work Since I urgently need a key he will contact me after making an inquiry He was very pleasant and friendly to communicate with until I made an order for the production of the key After doing the work he does not fulfill our agreement When you look at the key it looks of questionable quality and certainly not worth the money at 140 The key broke after 3 days when I tried to contact Mr Jeff Walker became unreachable and he still does not answer my email I do not recommend this company to anyone who ignores their customers

Not express or ez install
Purchased online with Car Key Express Universal EZ Installer for 2018 Ford Edge Directions said to put key in backup slot inside center console There is no backup slot inside center console Need to take express and ez installer out of their name Plus - no customer service outside of 8 30a-5 00p Monday through Friday No help for the DIYer

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ey weeks ago it
After purchasing the key weeks ago it finally came in and I brought it to the Coral Springs store at 4 00 p m nobody showed up until 4 25 p m after I made several calls There were four car key Express employees and it was total chaos They were all arguing amongst themselves It was nothing but confusion on who was doing what Several of us standing outside in the hot sun trying to get our cars programmed and keys cut were miserable Parts were missing and we were very upset I left very dissatisfied after over an hour and a half waiting to program my key fob This is definitely not a professional run organization Two of the employees just stood around playing on their cell phones and not helping anybody else I thought this was a good deal because I saved money but after the aggravation it was not worth it

This company is an absolute scam
This company is an absolute scam Do not waste your time or your money All you will get is empty promises and in the end you still won t have a key that works I ordered a key on 12 27 Was supposed to ship in 5-7 business days I had called to check with promises of an email back on when my order would ship It never came I left messages with their customer service email Never returned Waited in line for 30 minutes to finally get someone again and all they could tell me after 3 weeks was that my order was delayed Not where I was in line Not when I would receive it not anything remotely helpful I finally had to dispute the charge w my credit card company to get a refund Since every time I called I was always more than -0 people back in their customer service line it doesn t appear that they actually ship keys to anyone but rather they take your money and string you along Please don t make the mistake I made and skip this scam of a company

Don t Get Too Excited
Don t put any time or hope into dealing with these folks Their customer service is nonexistent and moreover additionally aggravating because they do not seem to care when if you ever get a real person I tried several times to install a new fob and was unsuccessful Still wanting the product I tried to get assistance directly and received worse than no response Their reps -when I was able to get through- immediately transferred me to another group where I went into a mind-numbing music riff that never responded After my stubborn self stayed on hold for 24 minutes I had enough There is a reason why they have 2 stars You would think though they would want to get out of that classification by providing decent support They need to pay attention to this lack of consideration and emphasize support as much as sales

This business is a sham
What sort of a business offers zero customer service A sham business I made this purchase because Car Keys Express were selling keys from Costco The replacement key did not work while I was still in the parking lot The tech said it was fixed it worked right after the fix and never again Contacting Customer Service was a joke no replies to emails and when I called the number the call was disconnected each time Thankfully Costco happily refunded the purchase Do yourself a favor Don t buy from them

Worst experience ever
I was under impression that keys made while you shop in Costco But there programming did not work so they told me they have to order special key by FedEx Keys did not come for next 7 days so went back They had same key that order on stock but programming did not work So they told me I have to wait for keys to come and bring that keys to get refund 11 days later keys still waiting for keys Worst company if I cout give zero star I would Avoid this company they are also more expensive than other key makers including dealers

An absolute bumble at each step along the way
What went wrong pretty much every step I approached their kiosk in Costco needing a key desperately as I only had the manual key which set off alarms and two kids returning from college for x-mas that would want the car at first they told me 199 which I paid for anticipating that I would have a key in a few minutes time Then after shopping and waiting for close to an hour they told me that the key was not available and they would have to order- this means I stood in the Costco return line for another half hour to get a refund and then in purchase line for the newer and unexpectedly more expensive key a mere 20 less than my dealer but again thought I would have it in a matter of minutes No- it turned out they would order the key and have it sent to me within 10 days now really wishing I had gone to the dealer in 10 days I received a notice that shipments were late as there was a storm in the midwest a storm which did not disrupt flights amazon and other shipments 20 days later I get my key- then the kiosk had moved from our local Costco- I get in the car and drive to Concord- 30 minutes away The key was programmed to car The programming seems to work but the key was definitely a cheaper lighter plastic body The key worked with jiggling- then I went on a remote hike with a large wet dog and the key would absolutely not start the car I had to wait for an expensive dog friendly Uber to return home and get the manual key and return to my car Their warranty process I hope is going smoothly- received confirmation that my warranty key is on the way When I receive that key I will have to track them down and see what Costco parking lot they are in at that time another hour spent while any of these issues could happen the fact that all of them happened with a very expensive key very poor customer service and a yet unknown outcome which will take more of my time- I would say absolutely skip them- yet to be resolved
