Real bad company They never meet on the agreed timeslot They have broken cars and when you tell them about the failure then you are asked to get it fixed They are not serviceminded at all Do not rent a car from this company

NEVER AGAIN don t trust them

Worst service ever Two months prior to landing we made a reservation for a rental car 2 adults 2 babies After landing in Istanbul on 1 august they called us and told us that they don t have any car And that we should rent somewhere else They did not help us at all finding an other car With 2 babies we needed to search an other car at the airport It was horrible really stressfull onforgettable NEVER AGAIN NEVER Don t trust this company please

Tank bei Abholung leer Man muss sofort zur n chsten Tankstelle Habe mir f r 4 Tage ein Auto gemietet und voll getankt Es hat 3 Tage lang stark geschneit in Istanbul Ich bin nur einmal gefahren und wollte das Auto wieder abgeben Als ich fragte wie das jetzt abgerechnet wird wurde mir gesagt das man da nichts machen kann Benzin f r mindestens 50 w ren noch im Tank und ich musste auch noch die Autobahngeb hren bezahlen Erlassen wollten Sie mir nichts Der Fahrer des Shuttle Service der mich von dort zum Flughafen gefahren hat sagte das Sie das Benzin wieder absaugen Ich bin selber in stanbul geboren und konnte trotzdem nichts machen Die Touristen die hier ein Auto mieten m ssen geschockt sein Danach habe ich erfahren das die meisten Autovermietungen in der T rkei das so machen Also offensichtlich die g ngige Abzocke von Touristen Ich rate dringend von dieser und hnlichen Autovermietungen Wenn man ankommt muss man erst anrufen und dann warten bis der Shuttle Service kommt Das kann manchmal lange dauern Tank empty when picked up You have to go straight to the next gas station I rented a car for 4 days and filled up It snowed heavily for 3 days in Istanbul I only drove once and wanted to return the car When I asked how this is now billed I was told that nothing could be done about it Gasoline for at least 50 would still be in the tank and I also had to pay the motorway tolls You didn t want to forgive me anything The driver of the shuttle service who drove me from there to the airport said that they suck off the petrol again I was born in stanbul myself and still couldn t do anything The tourists who rent a car here must be shocked Then I found out that most car rental companies in Turkey do it that way So obviously the usual rip off from tourists I strongly advise against this and similar car rental companies When you arrive you have to call first and then wait for the shuttle service to come This can sometimes take a long time

Warning Warning Warning They do not deserve even one star but I select it to write you this warning I got the car in Istanbul airport in August They are not a serious company They do not have the cars and direct you to the other suppliers I have got the car with an empty tank about 10 00 pm considering how stressful was that to find a gas station in the dark and middle of nowhere where the IST airport locate They claim that this is their policy They asked me to pay cash to them and in dollar or Euro I needed to pay them 800 but the actual cost was 720 They told me that they do not have cash to payback me the rest and they pay it when I return the car When I return the car they have told me that they pay with bank transfer and never done it I have send them several email but all the time postponed I write this warning to all future customer pay a bit more and chose another company

Elitcar Rentals are Cheaters These people are cheaters I booked an SUV Renault Duster The car was there but they have given me a some other Opel Car We told them there was a Duster but they wouldn t give it to us They cheated us by charging a higher price for Duster but actually gave us a cheaper car it was too late to go elsewhere on the day We had no choice

They are scammers

They are scammers Even though they will confirm your reservation they will inform you that there are no available rental cars when you arrive Their office is far from the airport and they show no consideration for their clients My driving license is an international driving license and I have droved in more than 10 countries yet they refused to recognize it I ll take legal action against them please don t put your trust in them My plans have been affected because I am currently in the airport without a car

The company is not a trusted

The company is not a trusted company the price is different when you meet them They gave me a very special price but when I was in Turkey they added many prices and they told me the prices in web site is not real and our price in office is different for this reason I had to cancel my reservation and back to airport and I rented a car from the other company very cheaper than Don t believe this company

Nationalism and discrimination

This company has a special terms for the people different nationalities I booked and paid for the rent online and during the pick up they told me that I have to give 1000 euro as a deposit because I m from the x country I arrived from Europe btw This terms and cost never has been mentioned in the terms of the rent on the website now they renewed the website and it s still nothing about this cost I was arguing and finally they told me that they cancel reservation and didn t reimbursed me my money I decided to go to court because it is absolutely non-acceptable p s the rental location is Istanbul Airport
