Really good service professional friendly nothing too much trouble

Good service until we said we didn t need finance

The car was exactly how it was described to me on the phone i was collected at the airport and taken to the premises paper work all sorted first class service

Adam was a delight to deal with very straight and honest He was very accommodating to get things sorted that suited us Only slight downside was the car was only just off the red with fuel having come down from Scotland I would have preferred the car to be full I think this is something that Carlingo should look in to even factor this in to the price of the vehicle Just my opinion

A friendly and professional service Unfortunate that the car s alarm failed and needed replacing the day I bought it but this was dealt with promptly and covered by the 3 month warranty

Everything was good car was good and well priced service was good the only thing that let them down was very little petrol in the car when I pick it up but apart from that I would definitely buy another car from there

The sale was done quickly which was a plus I did not give the full five stars because we had to wait past our handover scheduled time and the handover was a bit rushed Overall a positive experience

The dealership has a great selection of cars All presented to a very high standard The sales team are very polite accommodating and no pushy sales tactics The showroom is absolutely meticulous Based on this I would offer a 4 to 5 stars review The price of the cars are a touch on the high side But it reflects in the standard of the vehicles Another plus side to carlingo There is no admin fees charged for the sale of the vehicle unlike other dealerships we have visited One important note to the management When people are spending their hard earned money in buying vehicles from you a gesture other than 10 litres or 15 worth of fuel can go a long way A tiny loss in profit possibly by offering 50- 100 off the sale price a tank of fuel or even car mats would go a long way in creating a better relationship with your buyers After all it is these individuals who are ultimately keeping the dealership open for business By offering these little gestures the turnover would be far greater ultimately leading to more sales and more profit For this part of the service I would only offer a 3 to 4 star for a review Overall a 4 star for the dealership
