Can t fault the staff at all right from a general chat to the negotiating to collecting the car Really consistently good level of service in my view Advertising on Auto Trader is also a really good thing as I got sick of looking at individual websites so came across the car I bought through there Couple of downsides for me though which arguably are more of a policy point 1 The free warranty for 90 days worth 50 is superceded if you pick any of the enhanced warranties This wasn t explained to me at the time as I would have wanted to knock that off the price of the car Having said that the enhanced warranties are good value 2 The free 1 year breakdown offered is roadside assistance only So when you activate it you need to add on extras like home recovery which soon mounts up You very quickly end up not saving much against getting this yourself Even with these negatives I would recommend using them and would have no concerns going back in the future

We saw the car we were searching for online and duly contacted Carlingo Richard knew about our model which some VW dealers didn t He asked about our part ex and offered us a reasonable package which we were happy with I went to see the car and was pleased with the superb facilities and friendly staff especially from Adam who took me through all the features of the vehicle Great team who patiently answered all our queries Thank you all the car is great

From the initial viewing of the car there was no sales pressure from any of the staff A test drive was arranged that day and having decided to purchase the car the process was explained clearly thank you Adam Optional extras were explained with no hard sell The only disappointment was on the day of collection as the car would not start This was soon rectified with a battery pack The showroom and the cars are pristine The staff are courteous and helpful I would recommend Carlingo for their ability to put prospective purchasers at ease and for not using high pressured sales tactics

Rachel and Beth on the front desk were always super polite and helpful The showroom was spotless and the sales team were quick to offer us bottles of water when we first arrived Richard was very enthusiastic and well informed about the Abarth 124 spider I test drove Ben followed up by ringing me several times to check if I was going to buy the car Jamie met with us the second time we appeared as Ben wasn t at work that day and showed us the cars paper work I put a holding deposit of 300 on the car It was all very straight forward Further questions were answered by email regarding taxing the car servicing records etc The final signatures needed came my way via email at an awkward time as I was driving and hadn t seen them and these were needed before the car could be released and put on a transporter I m not sure if this could be improved upon They don t shift on their pricing AT ALL so if you like the lack of haggling then this place may appeal to you Overall a friendly competent low pressure- to -buy experience

Very helpful and polite a few little issues such as exhaust still not quite in line and one of the radio speakers faulty other than that every thing ok

All staff we met were friendly approachable an extremely helpful They thoroughly explained the whole process of trading in our car and purchasing a new vehicle We felt under no pressure to buy and they were very flexible when we wished to change our payment agreement Deciding not to use the finance Our main sales person was relatively new and he was also supported well throughout the process We were also very impressed with the range of quality cars available Definitely aiming towards a higher end of the used nearly new vehicles

Very helpful gave us a good part exchange deal Excellent service from both Ben and Amy and absolutely no hard sells talk What a great experience and thank you

I found my newer car on line at Harrogate Contact was mainly by text and occasional phone call I was collected from Harrogate rail station and completed the handover before returning to Derby There was minor problem which was fixed with a phone call and my local garage Derby The sales team were helpful and courteous

Was a little mix up when I originally went to pick my car up however it was rectified at a later date and the service I received was great
