Absolute top notch experience from the start Recently purchased a Hyundai I30N Line with Adam who was a gentlemen and explained everything so thorough I then had my handover with Amy who was a delight I travelled 95 miles to collect and the vehicle was prepped ready to a high standard and my eyes were beaming when I saw it I would definitely recommend carlingo no complaints at all Thankyou to all at Carlingo that made my exchange so swift and simple

Efficient straighforward friendly No hard sales Good choice of vehicles I would have appreciated knowing earlier that I couldn t pay more than 500 on my credit card as I had intended to fund my purchase this way I only realised this after I had paid my deposit and read the small print I would also have liked more time in the vehicle before purchase but felt that I was being supervised and also stopping the sales person from doing other things

During night shift I submitted an enquiry regarding a Dacia Jogger Chris contacted me at 9am the very next morning we discussed the vehicle and talked over my part exchange I was offered what I had hoped for with no bartering which was great With no pressure to purchase Chris talked through the car and booked me in for a test drive Arriving on Monday morning at Carlingo all the staff were lovely annd gave us time by ourselves to have a look anround the vehicle Adam took us out for a test drive Again no pressure and pleasant conversation throughout The sale was made and we were passed to Travis who completed the handover ensuring we were happy with everything and offering to show and explain certain features of the car we may not of been aware of A very pleasant experience throughout friendly staff who do not put pressure on you and have left with a great car in fantastic condition Thank you to the team at Carlingo will definitely recommend to my friends and colleagues

Very professional and informative excellent range of cars Ben and Travis at the Harrogate branch were very friendly and made us feel relaxed not pushy at all They gave us a good price for our car will definitely return there when we are next in the market for a car Highly recommend

After a 2 hour drive I was pleased to arrive at a modern light and welcoming building The staff were friendly giving a relaxed feeling The citroen C4 was as discribed waiting for me After a test drive I was under no pressure to buy it They sorted the paperwork on the new car as well as my old C4 soting out any problems nothing was to much trouble for them Altogether a pleasent experience

Visited Carlingo to view a car I liked on the website They had a great selection of low mileage cars all presented to a high standard inside and out No one pestered you as you looked around but were extremely helpful when requested I bought the car I d gone to view and also got a much better trade in price for mine than been offered elsewhere A big thankyou to Jamie Daniel Amy for their excellent customer service from initial advice test drive purchase to handover Definitely recommend a visit if you re looking for a car
