Extremely Disappointing Post-Purchase Support

I bought a second-hand car less than 2 years old from this dealer and initially I was satisfied with my purchase However upon buying the car I noticed it was missing the service book not clear if this really exists or not I asked the dealer about it multiple times but they kept procrastinating telling me to wait for the old owner and ultimately I gave up on ever receiving it The main issue happened now more than a year later there was a chip on the windshield that they promised to repair when I bought the car When I returned to collect the car they assured me it didn t need any repair and was safe to drive Unfortunately the windshield has now cracked from that very chip I ve tried calling the dealership several times but I was passed around to different people and twice they promised to call me back but they never did Fortunately my insurance covered the windscreen I had to pay an excess but this is not the level of support I expected from an official dealer I am deeply disappointed and would not recommend this dealer to others

Dated high pressure sales techniques

Very pushy sales people at the Barnsley Seat branch and the Hyundai branch too Even before I was out of my car they d pounced and wanted to know my life story The hard sell sales techniques they employ are out of date but this company seems stuck in the 80s It s a stressful experience buying a car here Also important to note that the company policy is that deposit is non-refundable so make sure you really want the car before committing and you haven t been pressured into it

Promised 3 years free service but after paying said it was only for finance customers Very shifty I won t be back
