Initial complaints now resolved

My Hyundai i30 Premium was supplied without SatNav missing SD card floor mats and boot liner promised by the sales manager and 3 weeks after collecting the car I still have no V5C log book Consequently I have been unable to assign my select registration to the car and without the V5C I don t even know if i actually own it In the 3 weeks since collecting my new car I have made 3 phone calls to try to get the issues resolved leaving messages for the sales rep and sales manager None of my calls have been returned and I have now written to the MD and still await a reply to my letter Contrary to claims on the Cars2 website the service received by me has been very poor promises have not been fulfilled and they have made little or no effort to give me a positive stress free experience Update 6 June I am happy to report that the Cars 2 Operations Director Neil Crossley has taken the time to meet with me to discuss the various problems that I have experienced throughout the process of purchasing my new car Mr Crossley has now satisfactorily resolved all of the issues and offered further recompense for the problems I have encountered He was also happy to take on board a number of learning opportunities and has undertaken to review and improve the internal procedures to minimise the chances of similar problems arising in future including keeping an eye on company review sites such as TrustPilot This will enable his staff to be more proactive in identifying and resolving issues for customers Thank you Mr Crossley for taking the time to get involved with my complaint and for the quick resolution of the various issues

Took longer than the 30 minutes that I expected was quoted on the letter I received from Fiat plus the vehicle seems to have sustained damage to the passenger frame in the door

This is a difficult one because in terms of service on the day and success in diagnosis of the problem with my car I cant fault however the price quoted for the repair was ridiculous I was advised that I needed a new sensor and pipes when in fact I only needed pipes this may have been difficult to pinpoint consequently my repair somewhere else cost me 400 less than cars 2 wanted from me 106 for a diagnosis was a bit steep but i was safe in the knowledge that i had no other problems with my car and it had a good wash and polish on return so if money is no object its great

Disappointed with attention to detail

I recently purchased a nearly new car extra were organised and they shod have been installed for the pick up date we are now nearly 3 weeks late and 45 phone calls only to go back today and the extras ordered are wrong and do not fit the car Now other parts ordered and we await delivery Now i have go back to the garage next week hopefully to have the extras installed This not good service or professional i the lack of detail management have given to my agreed extras

No Aftersales Support

Oscar Ben and Kai very polite answered all my questions from beginning to end let me view the car whenever I requested thank you once again week commencing 19 6 23 had to take my qashqai back in for a re-valet as there were polish left all over it when I picked it up and the wheel s hadn t been done with tyre sheen couldn t see out of my wing mirror due to polish so took it in monday 19 6 23 to be told it will be ready on the Tuesday for me to pick up so I rang up Tuesday to speak to a certain salesman but he was busy so whoever spoke to me said he would pass the message on for the salesman to ring me didn t get a phone call til 20 to 6pm but couldn t answer as I was on my way through to get my car to be told again it wasn t ready so told them I will pick it up Thursday 22nd he said okay so rang service today 22 6 23 and spoke to Alex and she said technician is out on a test drive at the moment when he s back I will ring you with an update that was at 11 30am it s now 5 30pm on the 22 6 23 and still no phone call back not happy with the aftersales customer service I rang up Friday 23 6 23 to see if the car was ready to collect and Ben told me that the service department told him the car was ready Thursday absolute joke then go pick it up Monday 26 6 23 to find out that it s still not got a puncture repair kit and compressor oskar told me 2 week ago that he was ordering me one but obviously he hasn t they are only nice to you when they see signs for their sale no aftersales support at all CARS2 Nissan Wakefield
