Deceit to entice you in

Searched my registration on this site and it said that they had some history for my vehicle so I paid the 20 and nearly a month later nothing Tried emailing but no response Obviously they lie at the beginning to entice you in then provide nothing and ignore you Avoid as total waste of money

receipt 1508-2594Still waiting with no report or feedback after 3 weeks I ve emailed their only communication channel 7times explaining I ve now lost the car I was hoping to purchase due to the delay Still no response but see surprisingly they can reply to negative reviews on Trust Pilot I just want my service history I ve paid for or at least the professional courtesy to respond to messages sent

Where do I begin I purchased there service on the 15th of November expecting some great results however this couldn t have been further from the truth They supposedly contacted 31 garages on the 15th and since then have not bothered to contact anymore I have emailed them multiple times where they have assured me that Wayne my case worker will review the situation and proceed with a targeting search which never happened Very disappointing and after reading the reviews I m not the only one who s fell victim to this poor service I will be taking this further as they have failed to keep me updated and have not done what they said they would A refund is a non negotiable at this point

After reading reviews here I decided to pay the fee for missing service history on 19th November It s now 5th December and not heard anything Uploaded the 11 digit V5 reference number twice the exact same number I used to pay the vehicle tax and car service history co uk have rejected the 11 digit number TWICE stating it has been rejected by the DVLA and it needs to be 11 digits Last time I uploaded it I checked the numbers were correct and there were 11 digits Seems to me this company is a scam and a farce Impossible to contact them Don t waste your money Zero stars

I hate leaving bad reviews but I feel I need to I first requested my service history in October now December and I m still yet to hear anything I ve emailed twice and heard nothing back I paid extra for the queue jump so disappointed I haven t had anything back A little communication wouldn t go a miss with paying customers

Scam Paid on 22nd October for service history for my VW golf Had no report and have tried emailing 3 times with no response I can only assume other reviews on here are fake Avoid

I paid for a service history on November 22 2024 today is January 15 and I haven t received anything stop paying for nothing they won t find any history only lies

Avoid this company I ve been waiting two months for my history records to be retrieved and still nothing emailed them serval times and never get a response
