I requested car history in November 24 and we re now in January 25 and I ve heard nothing They don t respond to emails either I was led by great reviews on their website which clearly don t reflect what people are saying on Trustpilot I would avoid this company

Avoid SCAM

Any good reviews are fake Paid for service in November Have heard nothing since The on line message service does not work and they never responded to emails So any review that states Great customer service is just a lie DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

It is a scam

It is a scam They do not have access to your services history They supposedly send an email out to a number of random garages none of them are the main dealers that in my case supplied the car

Scam Paid 25 to get my service history whichCame back after days with no service history Contacted my nearest Audi dealer and had the full service history emailed in 5 minutes DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Complete scam

I should have read into these reviews more If you read the 4 and 5 star reviews they are all written in a very similar way The profiles only have 1 review each This is a complete scam No phone number and the email doesn t work After a bit more searching you ll see that the company is dissolved Honestly don t know why I didn t do all of this before but oh well Just avoid

Do not waste your money

I m still waiting for my service history and by the looks of things I will never get it but wasted my money For my Nissan Qashqai in the UK they are apparently emailing the following to name just a few Hampshire Fire and Rescue Medway Scooters Neadham Motor Cycles The London Borough of Barnet and to top it all Christian s Brothers Automotives North Fort Worth USA As a London based vehicle they have to be having a joke with searches like these I got scammed when I bought the car scammed by the warranty company when an issue occurred after 1 week and now scammed by this lot Not surprisingly my email to request my money back was ignored Are there any REAL companies left in this fake world

Avoid Paid and account now gone and no response

I paid 25 to do a service history check at first it seemed like things were moving and many garages had been emailed however the list seemed a bit random Anyway as it was in process I left it and checked back the next day only to find I could not log in I thought maybe my password was wrong but trying to reset it told me that there was no account with this email The online help chat is useless and doesn t reply I never recieved an email confirmation of my purchase or any updates so in short avoid avoid avoid - absolute scam

Total scam Look at the five an four star reviews they have only ever reviewed this business Month down line no response and can t be contacted

Shocking service AVOID AVOID

Shocking service AVOID took money and 2 months later nothing ignored all Emails and if you check on the progress they have done only contacted 48 random garages by Email not even the main Citroen dealer or the area in which the vehicle originated AVOID AVOID

Refunded after service not delivered

Unfortunately this company was unable to deliver the service history but they were kind enough to issue a refund after I complained Very polite communication from them in the end though the lack of communication when I had asked for updates had been frustrating
