I booked Murray to drive 12 of us to and from a golf day Multiple pickup locations lots of golf bags but Carter Travel were on-time both ways knew exactly where to go and drove us in two immaculate and comfortable people movers Murray and his second driver were friendly engaging and very accommodating even down to unloading our bags for us They even turned around and came back to the course when I left my hat in the van This is a great new service that is very keen for your business and has an effortless customer service manner I will absolutely use them again

We were a group of 6 adults with 6 large suitcases and hand luggage that needed a travel company that could accommodate all our baggage and adults comfortably between East Hampshire and London Gatwick Both vehicles in the fleet could accommodate both luggage and adults there was ample leg space air conditioning and a nice touch of bottled water for the journey It was no trouble to stop en route for a toilet stop We would highly recommend Carter Travel Coand we will use them again for local and further travel needs From the initial booking through to pick up and the final drop off home we received quick clear and professional communication Our booking was followed up with email confirmation and on the day of travel two text messages that confirmed the driver was on route and had arrived It was a stress-free return and the home transfer was a breeze due to the text that confirmed where pickup would be once out of the terminal building The journey was smooth and relaxing and all persons felt safe and looked after throughout both pickup and drop off journeys It made such a change to be dropped off at the airport with well wishes to have a safe and enjoyable holiday with welcome home wishes on return and a big smile on arrival at London Gatwick Thank you Murray James and the team for a lovely start and end to our summer holiday

Our driver James took us from Locks Heath to Heathrow in dreadful rain and back again in dreadful rain to start my 50th birthday holiday to Canada with my husband James and Carter Travel Company made the whole journey simple relaxed comfortable and enjoyable with no worry about having to park the car or drive in the horrible conditions especially returning after a long overnight flight back from Canada We had impeccable updates and communication from CTC both before our collection to get to Heathrow and on our return showing they were clearly monitoring both of our return connecting flights and providing a real reassurance in advance of arriving back in the UK We were met on time despite an early arrival and we were given clear directions where to meet on our arrival back The vehicles are clean smart and very comfortable and the drivers professional friendly courteous and a pleasure to be driven by All in all a very comfortable and enjoyable start and end to our holiday Let CTC take the stress out of your travels whether it s an airport run or a larger function Would highly recommend their efficient courteous professional service as well as lovely clean vehicles Couldn t fault them
