ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS WENT TO BUY A CAR AND PRICE WENT UP BY 250 I SHOWED A SCREENSHOT OF THE ADD AT WHICH POINT HE STARTED SPEAKING IN A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE HIS BREATH REALLY STUNK SO I USED THIS OPPORTUNITY TO SLIDE AWAY AND MAKE MY ESCAPE BE WARNED STAY FAR STAY VERY FAR

Went to view a Renault traffic van for a test drive which was no more than 500 yards there and back All seemed well when I purchased it until I hit the motorway Dash was flashing and I happened to have my code reader with me which showed injector fault Possibly wiring or injector It instantly cleared and I carried on thinking it could be where it s sat and needed a good clear out Drive home was ok until the next day Took it out and it was juddering when the dash lit up saying stop Called them and asked to speak with Pasha who wasn t available and asked to call back tomorrow 3 1 2 weeks later they ve blocked my number so I called on a different number and he answers right away The boss wouldn t give a definite answer until I get a bring it back and they will get there mechanic to check it I ve had a mechanic look at it and read the codes and run the diagnostics on it and even if I wanted to take it back it wouldn t make it and I would then be left with recovery charges to be told he s not fixing it I even offered to pay half just to get the van fixed as this is all that is wrong with it but I get a no Even after threatening legal action I get can I call you back to which you guessed it no call back I m now left with a 750- 1200 VAT to get it rectified AVOID AT ALL COSTS May seem cheap vehicles but not is all as it seems as I and others who have left reviews have found out Rude and disrespectful owner and workers just fobbing you off Later found that the MOT is a dodgy MOT because there was a couple of things which have been rectified that would 100 not have passed and that was from a trusted MOT guy engine support mount rubber split rear light clusters smashed hazard warning light switch knackered rear tyres BALD on insides and other issues which are not failures but advisory issues BAD BAD BAD

SCAMMERS SELLING UNROADWORTHY CARS

Sold a mondeo which looked abit dirty on the outside but nothing a wash wouldn t sort we asked very specifically if there is anything at all we should know about and that we understood the age related wear and tear but we re told that the engine is fine there s no issue to worry about on route to my mates who is a mechanic and it overheats coming off the motorway we refill it with coolant 30L in total we put in the car over 3 days and now when we ve taken it back they refuse to give us a refund I m disabled and autistic and they fully took advantage of my lack of knowledge they are scum bags and should be shut down it s max that this country allows people to get away with this I don t have much money I m now left unable to go anywhere and without money to get a new car so this place loves to take advantage who have physical and mental disabilities

OMG Please guys don t buy a car off of these cowboys they re scammers liars and extremely rude They sold me a car and the engine light came on the next day so brought it back to them and they took it aside then the mechanic stepped into the office and had a word with the sales guy They came out and tried to tell me that when the car was sitting in their yard fog must have caused water to get in through the petrol cap and got into the fuel tank The car had only been there for 2 weeks and there had been no fog He then tried to say that maybe when I filled up the petrol a drip of condensation came off of the petrol pump and found its way into the fuel tank these people really think that I m stupid I asked for the diagnostic number and then looked on the net and it said that the number 1 injector had gone After arguing I managed to arrange to come back but when I did they denied any help and when I pointed my finger at the place and told him what I thought of how he runs his business he raised his fists and reached for me two or three of his friends held him back I ve had several issues already including broken exhaust mounts bearing trouble and even a rag stuffed in the bumper to fill a gap Some of their cars look nice like the one I bought but if if after reading this review you still go to these cowboys then please have a real good check over all you can possibly think of and definitely take a mechanic and a dictaphone If I had read the reviews first no way woul I had given this place a second thought There s a lot more to the story and I only hope I have deterred at least 1 person from buying a car here

Illegal practice Dodggy MOT test

I would rate my experience from 0 to negative star not 1 star Unethical business practice Arrogant rude and intimidating customer service Returned the car which came with broken coil springs at BOTH front wheels yet it had passed MOT The very first day I bought the car and drove it home I began to feel a squeaky noise from underneath when going over bumps A check with my garage revealed the fault I returned the car for full refund exercising my rights under consumer rights act 2015 which states that dealer shall fully refund buyer within 30 days for knowingly selling a faulty car that is of not satisfactory quality Broken coil springs fall into faulty car category Without checking the fault I informed them of because they knew about it these guys refunded the purchase price less 250 administration fees arguing I have used the car for 5 days I explained I didn t buy the car to return it and pay 250 in 5 days but to keep it and enjoy it and it was their fault They should put me in the position I should have been before the sale ie full refund It goes to show they are operating illegally disregarding the law that protects consumers I am determined to get 250 back as it s just a scam and I will report their Mot test center to DVLANever ever buy with them

Standard stuff from back street used car dealers

Back-street used car dealers are the sort of characters that will get 1 or 2 by default Car Valley is no exception The worst thing is that the guy in the office handed me a set of wheel locking nut keys A bit strange as they should be with the car but I accepted them not dreaming they d be the wrong ones What dealer would deliberate give you the wrong accessories Car Valley in turns out The 5 day warranty is an indication of their confidence in the cars they sell The only reason we went ahead was the model year and milage seemed reasonable asking price was a few hundred pound less than all the quotes we got online The car looked neglected it turned out it was However asking if they had done any serving on it and the paper work to prove it met with marked defence One of the excuses for lack of evidence was they didn t have a computer I guess a pen and paper with signature would be asking too much from these guys The truth is that the car probably had a quick 10 minute look over The day after we picked the car up the servicing bill was over 1k to put things right Wouldn t it be better to just be honest and admit there s issues Of the 5 star reviews one suspects some of these people at least may not be genuine customers
