My son in-law brought a Toyota Hilux
My son in-law brought a Toyota Hilux 4WD I amphasize the 4WD as he had the car only roughly a week after purchasing the 4WD he went down south camping and the 4WD actuator stopped working and had it towed to Bunbury Toyota were they told him he needed to replace the transfer case and actuator just over 4 5k at his cost so telling him he had unlimited claims for warranty so he has calmed for a new transfer case and actuator and has been told by there warranty people he s at fault water in transfer so my understanding a 4WD system is sealed unit and now Integrity extended warranty and now has been sitting in another workshop for longer than he has had the Vehicle and Integrity have been nothing but the worst people to deal with i have personal spoken to Toyota and they themselves have said replacement of complete transfer case and actuator and integrity have sent a transfer case and a broken transfer actuator and said this is all you get well done Carco and integrity personal won t ever buy a car from you or recommend anyone

Read the reviews before handing over money
I wish I had read these reviews before expressing interest in a couple of CarCo s 80k X5 BMWs Prior reviews make sense to me now as I had never heard of this mob before I have bought numerous cars over the past 35 years here in Perth and in Sydney and Melbourne mostly BMWs and have dealt with many car yards but this lot takes the cake with their arrogance and predatory tactics operating from a discarded Bunnings warehouse in Midland Don t let the glamour cars in the entry foyer and smiling faces fool you these guys are total tossers and I am glad they did not get my 80k After driving from Duncraig all the way to Midland to see one of their X5s I was left disappointed with the cosmetic condition of their cars which showed telltales of neglect and abuse for relatively newish cars In addition there were subtle attempts to manipulate me into buying a bolt-on warranty which are probably worthless according to other documented reviews The salesman calls himself Customer Experience Specialist was a little raw but polite at first but turned a couple of days later when he couldn t get the deal Things started going downhill a day after my visit when he rang me to seek details on my current X5 which I told him at the outset I did not wish to trade as it was probably outside their price profit margin range It was my polite way of saying I am not prepared to be shafted twice But I reluctantly gave him my car information believing at that stage that he had a possible changeover plan to make their X5 more attractive Instead he rang the following day with an insulting valuation figure then proceeded with a tirade of disrespect and self-destructing comments after I told him what I was prepared to pay for their car He later texted me accusing me of wasting their time As if their time is more valuable than mine having driven all the way to Midland backblocks to view their crappy cars then wait around for the salesman who kept me waiting past appointment time Not sure what upset him though - the fact that I did not like the condition of their cars or the unrealistic price tag At 87k asking price I think I am entitled to be critical and expect to buy an outstanding vehicle cosmetically and mechanically At best these guys seem to be operating on a click-and-collect business model and expect you to buy a car on the strength of their pictures After some research my conclusion is they tend to buy their cars on the internet transport them to WA then try to flip them at a hefty profit margin with minimum if any work In my case they tried to make a quick 15k profit on my trade-in which now gives me a pretty good idea what they paid for the car they tried to sell me Again I wish I read prior reviews before making contact A car yard like any respectable business should have ZERO negative ratings - or at least strive to earn some credibility

Terrible Customer Service a Scam
Hello At the beginning of this year I purchased a Suzuki Jimny from you Now I was heavily manipulated into purchasing the warranty for an extra 4000 even though I stated multiple times I did not want it I took my car in for a service with you on time and was told I urgently needed new steering rods and you would submit a claim with my warranty for me I asked if I could have all correspondence via email as I work during your opening hours and can not take phone calls I was told this was okay Several weeks go by and I have heard nothing from you I reached out via email multiple times and no one responded to me Months go by and I am worried about my steering rods that need to be urgently replaced So after failing multiple times to get in contact with you and feeling like I have been manipulated scammed and had money stolen from me basically I decide to leave a bad review to get your attention And voila after months of not being able to contact you whatsoever I am immediately contacted I was told to book my car in for the steering rod replacement I attempted to respond to this email because still not a single person has told me whether or not this will be covered on warranty I ask for more information and I am once again ignored No one replied This was months ago now So once again I will leave a bad review so I can get your attention as my steering rods need to be replaced so urgently I request a full refund of my warranty that I paid for because you clearly do not honour this warranty you just take thousands of dollars from people and ghost them as soon as their car needs something fixed I am a very upset customer who will be taking their business elsewhere as soon as I can but I request that 4000 be returned to me seems as it is a complete scam that I was manipulated into purchasing It bothers me that this is how you treat people and all you are after is money I will be telling my friends and family not to purchase anything through Carco as I am simply appalled by your customer service I look forward to hearing from you soon
