Disheartening
We rated this company a 1 star because they blatantly have their best interests focused on themselves rather than the client As a client I can say this experience was disheartening because we expected a long lasting relationship with many future renewals to come When renewal time came around we felt we were treated like a liability rather than a client Instead of creating a sustaining relationship between our businesses we feel as though we were used and discarded as a risk instead of appreciated for good payment history Lesson learned
