We sold our parents home to Tommy at Cash House Buyers USA and were truly impressed by his forthrightness his swift responses efficiency and his kindness as he dealt with all of our questions--which were many since we had not done this for the last 30 years We felt that he gave us an excellent offer and immediately felt drawn to both his business and personal demeanor He is always courteous and never treats any question as if it were foolish or stupid--even though we are certain some of ours were He has excellent follow-through and does what he says he will do when he says he will do it--and this is an enormous boon to those dealing with him and a real stress reliever for all involved The fact that Tommy had taken the time to sign on with BBB and become a part of that organization was an important factor in our selection of him as buyer for our parents home We think it says a great deal about any businessman or business when he or it takes the time and effort to become a part of the BBB--and all of it good We never do business with anyone with a low BBB rating and always seek out when possible those accredited by it Tommy is accredited with them and has an A rating This clinched our decision to go with his offer We are glad to give him our very highest recommendation and found absolutely no fault with him or the title company Fidelity that he chose to work with us Instead we found an effective good-hearted and honorable person who was just what we needed when we needed it
