Kevin provided an excellent refresher course As ever he was a clear communicator and often challenged the participants which was welcomed

This is the second time I have used catapult services for my paediatric first aid course Due to Covid half of the course was delivered by zoom This was clear and very useful The practical was delivered by Kirsty who was friendly but extremely professional zz she made me feel relaxed I really appreciated the way she explained why we do certain things in first aid She made me feel confident in myself I couldn t find any fault in the whole experience

A worthwhile course

Had the parent and carer session with Kevin he was very practical and gave clear guidance I feel much more confident now Thank you
