Extremely disappointed after placing trust in this store

I placed an order for a St Aloysius sterling silver medal from Catholic Faith Store fully trusting in their service and product quality Unfortunately that trust was misplaced The medal I received had a very visible surface mark As I was buying this item for collection purposes I reached out to their customer service asking if an exchange was possible They initially responded and said they would check with the manufacturer Bliss about replacing it with a version that had no such marks I promptly confirmed shipping details and followed up multiple times However for over a week I received no reply Only after sending a fourth email did they respond claiming that my previous messages did not appear in their system a very convenient excuse for simply not answering In the end they told me the manufacturer refused to produce a version without the cuts and that they as a retailer could do nothing about it What disappoints me the most is not just the refusal to offer a resolution but the lack of responsibility and sincerity I made every effort to communicate respectfully and patiently and all I received was silence followed by a dead end This has been a deeply frustrating experience and I regret trusting this store I would advise future buyers to be cautious especially if you re outside the U S or need after-sales support If this matter is ever resolved in a fair and respectful way I ll be happy to update this review But for now I am truly disappointed
