It s been over 2 weeks since I placed

It s been over 2 weeks since I placed an order and I still don t have my order There is no number to call

Material is crap

Material is crap My ear was infected within 2 wks and I ve had my piercings over 40 years with no infections Pitched them in the garbage

SCAM Never received my items

Ordered two items for my fianc for Christmas I placed my order on November 8th and followed my shipment on the 4px shipping website There has been zero movement on my order since November 23rd at which point I was told to be patient as my items were set for delivery in 3-5 days According to USPS a tracking number was created November 15 but they never received the items I sent proof screenshots to FaithHeart and they offered to re-ship my items but provided me with an invalid tracking number I contacted them again and they stated that I have a nondeliverable address I order from many websites and get mail to my home with no issues I live in an urban community I suspect that what actually happened is that I have been scammed So now I have demanded my money back We ll see what happens but I would suggest that NO ONE order from this scam site

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE Placed my order over 3 weeks ago and it has not arrived Tracking is non-existent with NO status updates I contacted customer support both on the website chat function as well as email and they have done NOTHING to give me any kind of status on the order

SCAM Never got package and terrible customer service SCAM

If I could leave no stars I would SCAM ALERT I ordered some jewelry and my account was charged Waited patiently as I seen the items were being sent from China Kept looking for tracking of package and the it was supposedly delivered to my address on 12 11 and it was not I had mail that day but no package I contacted customer service and was told it was my responsibility to call my postal service and see why I did not get my package Now my tracking number is giving a whole other message like it s redoing the entire shipping process I HIGHLY suggest using caution when considering ordering from this company as I greatly suspect it is a SCAM

Ordered 3 pairs of men s hoop style

Ordered 3 pairs of men s hoop style earrings Paid extra for expedited shipping When arrived husband Loved them Then 1 hour after wearing the clasp opened and lost one Next pair clasp broke off apon inserting very poor quality Mind you my husband has been wearing this style for over 10 years So much for a 10 year anniversary gift Will never buy from them again

Ordered a three weeks ago Items appear as delivered but never received purchased items Contacted Customer Service who provided link to tracking website written only in Chinese They instructed me to contact USPS without tracking number Scam been waiting for more than three weeks for merchandise paid for a long time ago No customer service phone number available

Never again

I purchased 150 worth of jewelry only for them to drop it off not in the mailbox but outside the mailbox then send me a picture of where they drop the package NO PACKAGE I think it was stolen or never actually delivered now I m out 150 Never again
