MOBILE SWIMMING POOL
I was extremely concerned about my 2017 Audi TT Roadster when on my return from holiday I found the footwells totally flooded I contacted several local garages but nobody wanted to know I was at the point of giving up hope in fact people were advising me to get rid of the car Finally I came across Cayman when they were recommended by a local VAG specialist who like everybody else did not want to know water ingress I called Cayman then visited them and could tell immediately they were something different by the way I was welcomed and assured without doubt they could solve the problem Having reached the point where I desperate I would have no choice but to pay the price they asked and feared the worst considering I was driving a mobile swimming pool but at the same time I felt they were honest genuine people When I received the quotation it was very far below what I was dreading considering they had to totally strip the interior of the car for starters I left the car with them while I was away during December and they were happy to store it for me after completing the work in around 3 weeks until I collected it in early January I have been driving well over 50 years and have many varied experiences with dealers and garages but have never found this level of Customer Service I also had the soft top mechanism serviced and the fabric cleaned and re-proofed still well within the price I was expecting to pay and now it is dry and looks like new

After my horrific experience at Fords I finally took my car to Caymens Paul and his coleagues offer a great freindly service and are very proffessional The price was decent too They fixed my convertible roof perfectly within 24 hours considering it was a big job I highly recommend Caymens to all convertable owners 100 satisfied

3 paddling pools
I went to Cayman Autos due to a roof leak they carried out a diagnostic check due to 3 paddling pools in my car left the vehicle with them for the week to carry out a full roof check drying out of carpets cleaning reproofing of hood on collection car hood looks brand new They went above beyond what i expected kept me updated with cost duration of work to be carried out 10 10

M3 Convertible fixed
My M3 developed a strange clicking noise from Tonneau cover and the roof light was flashing I didn t mess about booked in with Cayman Autos straightaway They diagnosed the fault and repaired it the same day Staff were really polite This is the second time I ve used them and wouldn t go anywhere else Don t waste time going to other places or the dealer

Servicing Megane roof operation and seals
My Megane CC is the first convertible I have owned having purchased it lockdown instead of a holiday It is not garaged and used regularly The recent heavy rains finally overcame the roof seals and water was finding its way after periods of persistent rainfall I came across Cayman Autos when I was still looking for a convertible in 2020 and thought they would be a firm to remember and I am pleased I did All the seals now rejuvenated gas struts to the boot lid inspected and checked interior dried out and quite unexpected the exterior and interior were valeted and they have saved me a weekend job My son will now appreciate having driving practice without water dripping in The mechanics and staff are very helpful and friendly and clearly enjoy working with convertible cars whatever make or model you bring in Thank you very muchSimon Chichester

Cayman are THE experts when it comes to repairing convertible roofs
Lovely people Cayman are THE experts when it comes to repairing convertible roofs I brought my Volve c70 to them after another Volvo specialist had failed to fix my roof over a period of two weeks Cayman must keep a fairly extensive stock of components on-site as they diagnosed fixed and serviced my roof on the same day without having to order parts from Sweden They even kept me topped up with drinks while I waited

Superb service
Superb service Had been to numerous other local garages all who had quoted ridiculous amounts for repair Spoke to Millie at cayman autos and arranged a trip to Redhill for diagnosis All diagnosed repaired AND serviced at a fraction of the cost of previous quotes from the other local garages Would highly recommend Cayman Autos Fantastic and can t thank the whole team enough for looking after me

EOS water ingress fixed
My VW EOS has had a leaking roof for over a year and was getting worse after searching the web for a company to fix it I eventually found Cayman Even better was the fact that they were not too far away So after contacting them about my problem I took the car in on the 10th Feb for an assessment of the issue After about 90 mins Cayman confirmed what I had suspected about the roof but also found a few other issues that were causing problems I was given a detailed breakdown of what was required to fix the issues and advised that it would take approx 2 weeks to dry out and fix and that if I could leave the car there and then they could start on it otherwise it could be a month before I could get booked in I was really pleased that it could get started on immediately and that I would be able to get their winter service discount Cayman did an excellent job on resolving the water issues and completed the job a couple of days ahead of the 2 weeks predicted I collected the car on 24th of Feb and could not wait to get some rain to see if it was indeed fixed Not only did we get some rain within a week of collecting the car but snow as well I am very pleased to say that the cabin has remained dry no wet seats no condensation on the inside of the windows and no mould on the various parts of the inside of the car I am really pleased as is my wife who was getting fed up with all the wetness inside the car Really great service from a great company I only wish I had found them a year earlier

Highly recommended
My local main dealer had my car for a couple of days and gave me a shocking worst case scenario 4K I immediately contacted Cayman Auto Services and booked my car in The fault was diagnosed in around an hour and fixed the same day while I waited for a lot less than 4K They also serviced the roof and its operation is smoother than ever and the car sounds quieter inside with the roof up too

Had a fault with my astra twintop
Had a fault with my astra twintop used them last year when my hydraulic pump went so knowing there expertise I used them again they found a wiring loom problem which they repaired whilst I was away on 10 day holiday great service and LEAH kept in contact via email whilst i was away now fully functional and operative i can enjoy the forthcoming months of sun No hesitation in using CAYMAN AUTOS no 1 in customer service and repairs even if I have to drive just over 2hrs to use there services
