I place my order and was promised my order would be processed and shipped within 2-3 days It has been a full week and I just now recived a confirmation that they are processing my order That was only after I emailed support I haven t received the product yet but with the purchasing process I have been very disappointed and I will be taking my business somewhere else if this is how your company does business

Had an issue adjusting quantity while try to order Spoke to someone thru texts Wasnt helpful at all Basically called me stupid Hundreds of people do it daily Website was bugged Eveb tho the rude comments next day i ordered while the website was functioning properly It wasnt me btw it was infact your site Fast shipping bud was mediocre price was good Wont order again

Product was okay quality

Product was okay quality not as much CBD Kief as I expected but there was a little bit coated on the CBD bud Order was messed up I ordered 4 grams of the CBD Kief bud and only got 2 grams They are sending me the rest of the order but of course I had to wait another 3-5 business days for the shipping With all the CBD competition out there I m not sure CBD Hemp Direct has provided me with an experience where I would choose them over the competition in the future

Ordered 2 ounces of the small buds of the Hawaiian haze First time buying from them Very disappointed in the looks of the flower Still great effects I d give it a 4 start based off the effects Great relaxation and great for my anxiety But with the amount of stems sticks and long leaves I m giving it a two On the bright side I ve broke down maybe a quarter and have around 50 seeds

Super disappointed in my purchase

Super disappointed in my purchase I bought 2 farmers batches of Durbin Potion I realize at the price of 25 a gram is wasn t going to be incredibly fresh probably but the 2 bags that showed up today are full of dried leaves dust sticks and a few very tiny buds I have purchased from CBD Hemp Direct in the past and never had a problem For that and the insanely fast shipping I gave 2 stars

The gummies were not good I ve been taking cbd for years drops gummies blunts joints and I took their gummies and they did nothing for me super disappointed because I spent 50 because they can t highly recommend and I was let down maybe that s why they were on sale

Delta 8 oil made me sick

I ordered a batch of Delta 8 oil I had been vaping it for a little over a week when I started to get an irritated throat sort of like strep throat Today I woke up and felt like I had a big knot in the back of my throat Every time I tried to clear my throat it made me puke Prior to this I had been consistently vaping regular delta 9 concentrates from a dispensary with no related symptoms I stopped using the product and it seemed to alleviate the issue

I ve been purchasing product from this company for quite some time never had an issue and when I did it was always resolved in a short period of time but this time around November 2023 I made an order and paid for expedited shipping to beat the holiday rush on their website which always crashes during their sales I noticed that my order didn t match with the amount that I placed sure enough when the shipment was received it was short and it was not as described I ve emailed them 3 to 4 times in the past two weeks no response
