Celestolite is a scam

Celestolite is a scam It is linked to the former SmoothYou Town Spa in Great Portland Street that went into administration in December after fraudulently selling Elevatione Time Stop products and treatment packages to thousands of customers who are now not receiving and treatments after having signed up for treatment packages worth between 2 500 and 4 000 or more I was invited for a luxury facial at Celestolite salon When I arrived there they used forceful tactics to get me to sign up for a package of Celestolite treatments Thankfully I refused the offer

Celestolite Venus Day Cream Very Drying

Got some samples of Celestolite Venus Day Cream after a very insistent salesman named Marco at the North Star Mall insisted I come into the booth and allow him to put it on my skin After getting out of his grip and walking around the mall shopping for 30 minutes my skin got very tight and dry I m not sure what is in this but I m certainly not going to spend huge amounts of money on it I washed it off ASAP when I got home and my skin felt a lot better after applying my regular 25 00 per bottle moisturizer No kidding

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish I originally went their Beauty Salon in Kensington they were doing a special offer via Facebook I had it done it ok and next thing they had their sales team telling me I had skin of 70 year old and then suggested their Venus freeze 5 sessions I said can t afford it long story short they said it would last a year and arranged credit different amount to what was arranged I had 5 sessions didn t make an iota of difference cost over a grand what an idiot I was also offered free cosmetics as part Of the deal but they were charging me 150 quid for couple of items and adding to my credit I was conned I complained and they just put a default on my account and now branch closed down Company are now selling their useless products down Westfields

rude and disrespectful manager

Had signed up a contract for over 2000 for 12 sessions last year October but could attend only 3 sessions due to some personal problems So i took an appointment with d manager on Monday I was made to wait in d cabin and when he came in no greetings whatsoever I told him d reason of meeting was to discontinue d treatment even before I could explain why he said it would effect my credit score I had paid for almost 14 months and he tells me that s d price for 3 sessions Spoke with an attitude and very disrespectful He never asked me if I was happy with d treatment i wish I knew what I was caught in a big trap

The biggest mistake ever

I am paying 2000 for treatments and products which never made any difference and like other people here They put me under pressure to buy their package I feel so stupid now I finished my sessions and absolutely with no difference still have to pay them 1000 by direct payments so I was thinking to ask if anyone knows if there is a legal way to complain or stop paying them more Thanks
