Submitted to unlock my iPhone XR on T-Mobile USA It took over 2 weeks And Back and forth with them to do it They kept telling me that the system was down globally and that they had no ETA So I went to T-Mobile and got it unlocked the same day I requested a refund the following morning from them and later that evening I got the unlocked email from them even though it was already unlocked from T-Mobile They refuse to give me a refund Total waste of 100

Never got my order it s almost 3x the suggested time

Update They assisted with manually unlocking my phone Ran to a little but of an issue but was eventually sorted out Original review Ordered on the 8th of May and it is now 3rd of June it was suppose to be done 1-5 days I tried calling support but after waiting on the phone for 20 mins it then tells me no one is available to take my call I just want my refund back

The code they sent me did not work They stopped responding to my emails after proving to them that the code did not work I ve since been provided with the real unlock code by the manufacturer Edit after seeing my review I was contacted immediately and provided with a full refund It s a shame it takes a negative review to get the company s attention I have adjusted my review from 1 star to 3 as a gesture of good-will

ive used this company 3 times but this time around it is taking forever It usually takes 1-3 days but it s already been 12 days and nothing yet Update they reached out to me and gave me a 48 time frame

Rude service

I must say that unlocking my Samsung Galaxy was rather quick easy But my issue is with how the company handled my daughter s iPhone We both bought the unlock service on the same day Mine was done within 24 hours Her s on the other hand is still not unlocked after little over 2 weeks When she contacted costumer service support they were rather rude to her twice They claim to have 24 7 support but I will say they do not Both of us found them replying to emails does not happen Though we are still waiting for her phone to be unlocked so she can actually use her phone again I must say for now the only complaint is the rude service we received In response to the reply the order number for my daughter is 4137156

A Little Slow But It Worked

I had an iPhone 6 on the AT T Next program under contract I was afraid it wasn t going to work since it was on the installment plan but after I got the email I inserted my son s NextPlus sim card and it authorized the phone just fine and worked The only real problem I had was it took longer than they said It took over a week But it was worth the wait

Good service overall

Very legit site Reasonably quick at getting the unlock code Ran in to a small security snag Galaxy S5 phone is from US but I was activating in Canada - but doing so while vacationing in US so IP address didn t match what I was telling them But once I was able to connect with a cust service agent by phone everything was quickly resolved and I received my unlock code about 1 hr after that

Not the cheapest option out there likely but close enough Unlocked my galaxy s5 for 20usd after price matching refund Response to my concerns was timely always less than 24 hours and right away after I ordered Unloxking process only took an hour or so 4 stars only because they re not the cheapest but can t complain about anything else And yes I m just a regular buyer

My iPhone 6 Plus was unlocked quickly I didn t think it would work but Cellunlocker delivered within the timeframe they said they would Instructions after receiving the code were a little confusing to me hence the 4 stars but everything worked Definitely would trust them again I saved hundreds over having to buy a new phone Thank you
