BEWARE folks

BEWARE This company is scam They can not unlock your phone they just take your money and then you have to beg them for refund They tried to unlock 3 my phones not one they were able to unlock it Worst unlocking company There is plenty of other cheaper and better service companies Dr SIM unlocked all my 3 phones and charged me half price

Placed an order on 1 27 2020Received an email from cellunlocker net on 2 14 20 it said all databases are shut down and they would submit to an alternate database As of 7 5 2020 the phone is still locked and their site shows still processing 161 days and counting and the phone is still lockedJust received an email on 7 6 2020 providing a refund

This place is a scam

This place is a scam I bought a code over a month ago and still have nothing from them Customer service replied to one email promising it would be here in three days It s been five I am reporting as fraud to my bank I have provided my order number and receipt to them

Over 3 months no codes No refund to be seen yet Had to dispute charges

Ordered unlock codes for two devices at the end of July Still do not have my codes I ve used them in the past countless times and they were great This time around I keep getting a run around One order was 1-10 business days the other was 1-48 hours Customer service responds but with a new excuse and time frame each time Last email they said another 1-2 weeks Absolutely ridiculous Order numbers 4044797 and 4044812 Still waiting don t want a refund want the codes I paid for over a month ago I ve talked to Dhorris numerous times she is generally not very helpful and passes on vague information like we re working on it After over a month of waiting for any response other than there are global delays or it s processing I did request a chargeback To which they refuted with my bank The review is in no way disingenuous I was not ever told that attempts were not successful rather that there were delays and it should just be a few more days or another week Ridiculous 3 months later still have no refund Had to dispute charges Beyond angry

Abysmal Performance abhorrent Customer Experience

I had gotten a phone for my fianc since hers wasn t getting the job done and it happened to be SIM locked so I turned to this company and it seemed easy enough to pay but once my order had gone in I received no updates for over a week I sent an email for a simple status update and I got a basic automated response Contacted them three business days after and I had requested any update on the code and no response whatsoever It has now been three business days afterward and I have sent a final email to request a refund but looking at other reviews and my own experience thus far I doubt it will be easy to resolve this traditionally I may have to call my bank It should be noted that they charged my account twice resulting in a 70 charge and no reason as to why This is one of the most abhorrent and unprofessional tech sites I have ever utilized I am highly disappointed and may have to report this site to the FTC for fraudulent activity EDIT It has been six days after they replied to this review and they have not done anything with the information I have provided to them I cannot understate how incompetent and scummy this company is This is actual fraud I have contacted the FTC and reported their fraudulent website I cannot implore you to stay away from this company any more than I have I just hope this can deter anyone else from becoming a victim of their fraud
