Placed an order a week ago with 2 day
Placed an order a week ago with 2 day delivery Haven t seen the shoes so I contacted customer service via chat I was informed my order was unfulfilled and not shipped No explanation just unfulfilled I was hoping for a Christmas delivery but that isn t going to happen I wonder how long if ever it would have taken someone to have notified me You can keep your 10 gift card that you offered for my inconvenience

Bad Business
Ordered a pair of limited Jordans shoe shipped out and USPS said I had insufficient address even though everything showed up correct in tracking information USPS decided to return the shoe and Champs refused to ship it back out Tried to contact customer service through email and phone even went to the store to talk to them and they were incapable of solving the issue

DON T ORDER ONLINE
No transparency Everyone being that it s 2020 knows how to order something online browse select color size checkout Nothing out of the ordinary right Except for the fact that champs makes a point to not PLAINLY tell you that they are going to place holds yes multiple on your account because they are pulling items from different locations I made one purchase and have incurred an additional 3 charges WOW Upon investigation I was told by a fine rep that they do tell you they place holds on your account not where you browse for items not before during checkout BUT ON A COMPLETELY SEPARATE PAGE the order help page Well I mean damn I didn t think it took a rocket scientist to make an online purchase Champs is SHADY

They don t even deserve a star Their customer service sucks They got frustrated because the problem with my order was on their end and with me making suggestions to resolve the manner efficiently without having to do a refund they gave nothing but attitude As a result they put the blame on the carrier But at some point they chose the carrier and so the problem still lies on them

Ordered some 226 dollar shoes that
Ordered some 226 dollar shoes that supposedly were immediately shipped because they charged my card right away Champs confirmed that I received the shoes on May 5th but I never got the package I also know for a fact that it didn t arrive because I have cameras circulating my entire home and there s no footage of anything being dropped off In addition I can t get in contact with Champs through their customer service number so now I have to file a claim with my bank No cap wasn t worth that 10 I saved by choosing to do business with Champs Sports instead of Nike

Very Unsatisfied and NO LONGER a Customer
Didn t like them putting my money back on my card and after 3 or 4 days when I THEN found them at Footlocker whom they are associated with and I didn t know THAT So if you re affiliated with each other how is it you didn t see I ALREADY purchased thru Footlocker which THEN caused me an NSF fee because they used my card AGAIN W O ME KNOWING This should NOT be allowed Once my money is BACK on my card IT S MINE and you don t have a right taking it after YOUR DELAYED PROCESS Didn t want to give you 1 star

Victor assistant manager at the north woods mall store in North Charleston SC is colorist sexist and full of toxic masculinity and misogynoir As I was teaching my sons about their rights as a customer he interrupted and began to argue with me After I called him out he continued to argue with a darkskinned Black female customer I felt unsafe unappreciated and disrespected He refused to shut his mouth and had to have the last word My sons witnessed his attack and they too felt unsafe It s not ok He even said nothing would be done because he is the manager

Online shipping issue
I shop often online the last few times I ve had horrible experiences It s just ridiculous placed an order for two Nike Tshirts Standard shipping 5-6 days The next day I received an email confirmation which changed two times having my promised package delivered outside of the time frame given Customer service has a lack of empathy and does the bare minimum to get you off the phone Please keep in mid this was for family photos which have now been placed on hold

Ordering from Canada to a US address
Tried to order from Canada to a US address Supposedly the site is Canada-friendly you can select the option of having a Canadian billing address and or shipping address but when adding something to the cart from a Canadian IP Address it generates an instant error When using a US VPN address it will add to cart but in the checkout process it generates a mysterious This Field is Required error but there is no empty field PayPal option to get around the credit card issue Nope don t take PayPal Get them elsewhere Nope these guys basically have negotiated a monopoly on Nike I hate you all
