Ordered a Babolat Pure Drive but got the size version Now the company refuses to accept a return of the product due to covid19 and hygienic reasons Would be a tough time for webstores if all online shopping were banned because of contaminated products Can be the dummest customer support I ve ever encountered

A very good online store There were some problems with my order - PostNL failed to deliver the first package - and each time I contacted the customer service they answered the phone promptly And then followed up the matter through e-mail I have to admit that I had my doubts buying from this site for the first time but they handled the order and solved the delivery problem beautifully
