Hidden fees terrible customer service

If ordering outside of the US beware the customs charge two already overpriced bath bombs cost me 42 When I found out a couple days later and emailed to cancel they said it s too far in the processing yet took an extra 3 weeks to finish and finally got the shipping email Was told I would only be refunded a fraction of what I paid TERRIBLE customer service and took over a month to come The northern lights one smelt nice and fruity but the packaging let it down better packaging for a Wilko one for 1 Royal Essence came within a week cheaper prices and beautiful jewellery if in the UK this company is much more worth it

This candle started off at 24 99 with 8 shipping fair enough then Royal Mail charged 12 25 customs charge So ended up 46 scandalous there was no ring at the bottom of the candle so they said they would send a replacement I received an empty Jiffy bag so they sent another one my granddaughter wore the ring one day and it snapped absolute rubbish avoid this site CHARMED AROMA

False advertising

So i bought the 12 day box for my wife and it states you get a variety of jewerly and she only got rings So i complained and told them that is false advertisements They said we cant guarantee what you get in the box then you definitely cant advertise variety of jewerly So seen other reviews saying same thing and emailed them I got a ignorant reply that just said report us to BBB then here s the link Not oh so sorry we will make sure to fix that right away No just pure ignorance Imo theyre scam artist Keep in mind that i have been a customer for a very long time now

They are cutting their own throats by pushing that flimsy plated garbage instead of using sterling silver After spending thousands of dollars there in the past 5 years I have stopped buying because of the cheap garbage they are passing off as premium Want to get me and others back Bring back jewellery like you offered 4 years ago

Didn t Even Recieve my Items

Made a 100 order online for candles They put the wrong address on the package so of course I never received my package Tried contacting customer service was told that since the package was marked as delivered that they were unable to refund or reship my order So now they have an extra 100 and I m out of 100 and I didn t even receive what I paid for Thanks Charmed Aroma

Michaela R of customer service has a nasty habit of continuously blaming customers Wrong size Customers fault Delivered to the wrong place Customers fault Any issue whatsoever customers fault Michaela treats customers like they are worthless and unintelligent while she lies away and fails to be of any help I also took 4 charmed aroma rings to a jeweler to see what the rings are actually made of I have a certified and notarized report stating the rings are BRASS and just silver plated with fake fraudulent 925 stamps Everything about this company is horrible Don t waste your money or integrity

If I could give no stars i would My husband bought one and didnt get a confirmation email an estimated delivery date or a tracking number After several emails he still does not have this information and the Charmed Aroma representatives are now not responding He has requested his money back and they still will not respond Thank God I took his phone and screen shotted the order number for him or he would have nothing at all Think twice before ordering from them
