Horrible wedding transportation
We contracted ChartUp for our wedding The first bus showed up more than an hour late to bring the bridal party to the venue without letting us know Claimed they were stuck in traffic Wedding party had to take about 15 Ubers The second and third buses refused to drop the guests directly in front of the venue until a guest intervened Contacted via web and email afterwards to remedy situation They have not offered any compensation Horrible experience Do not trust them
