Had a guaranteed reservation at Luxury Airport Parking at Fort Lauderdale Airport beginning New Years Day made thru cheapairportparking org Arrived at 7AM to find the gates locked and barricaded they had decided to close New Year s Day We had not received any notification from cheapairportparking org nor Luxury Airport Parking Cheapairportparking then washed their hands of it after refunding their 1 fee Luxury Airport Parking did not respond to calls or emails Bottom line is cheapairportparking org takes no responsibility if things go wrong They ll refund their small fee then there s nothing we can do about it You re on your own Its not our problem Just be aware Usually a good price but they won t be at all helpful if things don t go smoothly

4 04 Update You must sign into your account didn t know I signed up and hit contact they emailed me back pithing 24 hours and will post updated when I m refunded There phone number doesn t work to call or contact customer service Progress 2 stars they actually responded 11 01 Booked before day parking SNA Marriott Never used airport parking before and was trying to avoid driving my car home for 10 days they didn t email me and charged me 5 times the number doesn t even work and I disputed my charges and they wrote letter saying we didn t contact the merchant worthless company bunch of scams airport parking - now I booked somehow the same company twice and was great second time around got the code and good to go but the never credited me the 5 duplicate charges of 104 85 I paid 500 or parking for 10 days I could just stayed at the hotel

The parking venue I chose via the website was great and I ll use it again The cheapairportparking com website and backend systems however are inexcusably insecure If you register for an account your account confirmation will be sent to you with your password IN PLAIN TEXT What moron thought that was a good idea

Drop off pick up worked great however when we picked up the car there was a dent in the back They insisted they did not do it We have not gotten any satisfaction as of today

My car was safe And it is cheap But there is no customer service number to call Only email and they will automatically charge you through email if you ll be a day or two late because of flight cancelations It didn t happen to me because I had to cancel my card at some point after my initial payment I spoke with someone at the hotel the company uses and she was extremely helped The major downside of this is that you can only contact them by email and takes hours to respond

I reserved for a time span of 5 days and 12 hours and was charged for 6 days totally fair Because I arrived at the facility 23 minutes early and left 45 minutes later than the times I d provided which was still well within the 6 days I d paid for they charged me an additional 7 50 I explained that I d already paid for that time but it didn t matter If you use this lot be generous with your arrival and departure to avoid this ridiculous up charge

Waited over 25min for a pick-up even tho I texted several times and even called Elevator was broke when I arrived and returned Had to drag 3 pieces of large luggage up 4 flights of stairs Need more buses like all the other parking places have will probably switch to a different garage

While parked there debris from the ceiling of the parking garage fell on my car and I could not see to drive home so after a long trip I had to immediately find a car wash and while the manager Oscar said they would reimburse me for the cost to clean the car he didn t respond to my email when I sent him the receipt for the car wash
