Everything went smooth

The only thing that I didn t like is they didn t have a wheelchair lift Fortunately my aunt was able to make up and down the steps The drivers helped us but it was still a struggle getting her on and off the shuttle

Easy to book at hotel where I m staying

When we were leaving everything was great they had enough shuttles for us to take no problem When we landed at 2am there was NO shuttles that were there to pick us up We saw all the other shuttles drive through We were tired just wanted to go home Not until we called them to see if they were coming then they came and it still took them awhile to come

The check out process was not smooth

Everything went smooth - fortunately I got the last spot in the lot I squeezed my SUV into by the skin of my teeth lol

Good parking lot for DIA

The check out process was not smooth I flew in late and hit there after midnight I was tired Your e mail stated to scan the QR code from the e mail it did not work I had to go back in and check in at the front desk to get a ticket If this had been explained in the original e mail that would have been fine but I had to remark and go back inside to get this ticket it added at least 15 min to my last night commute Annoying

Grateful heart

The directions to Canopy are clear and easy to follow When I pulled in there was van available that followed me to my parking spot The driver was friendly and assisted me with my luggage He dropped me off at United Airline Terminal When I returned I followed the directions to where they pick up There was a van waiting and again the friendly driver assisted with my luggage He dropped me off at my car got my luggage for me and left The only reason for the 4 star rating was they need to pave their parking lot It has some large potholes that could be filled Would I use them again Yes

Great parking lot as long as you are able to think for yourself

Upon returning from our trip we found our car with a dead battery Since we had already had a long flight from Vancouver and had a four hour drive to get back home we were ready to cry One of the attendants volunteered to help us if we had the jumper cables We did and he helped us We were so grateful Also the shuttle drivers were awesome Thank you from grateful heart in Atlanta

The process was very simple

Overall very friendly and great service Huge lot Sinmple arrangement - the shuttle elevators and customer service window are all right next to each other Location is literally right next to the airport and they do try and leave every 10 minutes So why not 5 stars They seem to be smart when everything is going according to plan but they are not critical thinkers when they need to adjust The picture of the pick-up sign is ot accurate at all its an old photo of 20 yers ago or at least a long time ago The pickup signs are new - they are tubes hanging from the ceiling they are pillars hanging mounted on the sidewalk So when I kept telling them I did not see the signs they kept repeating for me to look for the red signs I kept telling them I did not see the signs hanging from the ceiling overhang and like simple-minded children they kept telling me to look for the red signs without explaining what they look like and where they are located This is what distinguishes an educated professional from a trained robot

Everything went well for the most part

The process was very simple drop off and pick up was hassle free I was a little confused with the shuttle schedule but the hotel was very responsive and provided guidance They told me to call the number before pick up but no one answered But luckily that part of the process isnt important i arrived and still got my car right away

Safe secure parking may have to wait some

Everything went well for the most part smoothly and as expected I had just one issue While I was on the shuttle enroute to the airport they called and asked for my key FOB said they needed it But when I picked up my car and was ready to drive away I d have gotten all the way back to Gig Harbor and had real issues if I had not remembered to ask for my key FOB back before I pulled away Apparently they didn t need it Because when they brought my SUV from the overflow lot they told me the key was in it and it was still running - I noticed the FOB was missing and it the FOB was soon found in a small envelope inside the office Weird But it was resolved quickly once I ran back in and asked them for it

Good site to book airport parking

Very safe and secure outdoor parking close to the airport The return shuttle as some noted may take some time The first return bus was full and we had to wait for a 2nd so more than 30 minutes of waiting That being said I believe the savings for a long trip out ways the inconvenience of the waiting
