Stay away This company oversells their parking with carrier and never informs you of this super important detail The most frustrating part is that there is no one to call when you get to the lot and have to catch an International flight and find out your parking voucher will not be honored Trust me please steer clear of this company - you are rolling the dice and can put your flight in jeopardy because of this illegitimate business

Showed one price then added 30 fee on final booking Happened for lax 405 airport express but checked and all others are the same the price listed at selection time does not include taxes and fees which make your website seem cheaper than competitors until you go and try to pay only to find the cost is same or higher than others This is a deceptive practice that I won t support and booked other competitor site that didn t do this instead

reservation cancelled for no apparent reason

I made a reservation and paid online Went to LAX parked and then took my flight Later that day I received an email saying my reservation had been cancelled I emailed customer service and they told me to make a new reservation and they d adjust it to the dates I d originally booked After doing so I found out that I was being charged a day more than my original booking No explanation why my reservation had been cancelled and I had to pay more for a mistake that their system made I should ve just booked it straight through QuikPark LAX themselves Won t be using cheap airport parking again

The worst experience in dealing with

The worst experience in dealing with parking Gate would not open and no attendant to resolve the issue There were 3 cars behind me experiencing the same I finally attempted calling the phone number on your site but to my surprise it said the box is full Upon my return on September 19 I went through another issue as the scanner would not read the barcode I called the number which a very nice lady showed up and tried it many times until it finally scanned the barcode I can only say my pleasant experience was the assistance of the young lady but everything else was Absolutely Terrible

Scam alert

I made a parking reservation through them but at a time I was not able to print out the confirmation They do not send confirmation emails so the only proof is printed When I tried to print the confirmation my credentials did not work on their site I sent them multiple emails requesting a password reset but they did not respond As I have no proof of the reservaton I cancelled the reservation but again they did not respond Now I m out of 150 51 without a proof of reservation

Parked my Suburban at ARB Parking at Newark airport Used Cheap Airport Parking When I picked up the car the bumper was scuffed Asked to speak with the manager A trailer office employee came out and dismissed my claim before even looking at the car After I insisted with him to look at it the claimed it looked like an old scratch This scuff was done on their lot Terrible customer service Will be filing a complaint with the state attorney general s office Stay away
