This is the worst company ever They suspended my account in which I pay rent with and haven t responded to me in a week There is no way nobody is available to help for a whole week This is ridiculous

They do not reply to chats When and if they ever reply to your email they never answer the question Pitiful customer service

Note Nice try but deflection and lack of accountability don t look good on your company after my post Checkbook IO attempted to have my review removed Didn t work guys If only you were as fast with them direct check errors Do not use them for large direct check bundles They seem to have a issue with this feature I work for the university I am mentioning I fully understand how deposits work When it time for checkbook io to issue refunds on behalf on my college they have issues My review is not the first to comment on this inconsistency Is it intentional holding of the money Let s hope not At best it s a technical issue that has Persisted at least over the last year without any real changes on the end of checkbook io We have several thousand students who are very upset because they depend on that money to get by they also assured accounting the issues would be fixed yesterday and was not My university uses them as a way to deposit student refunds This is the second time in a month these payments where not sent out properly It s very frustrating as the accounts department at the college and the team here seem to take several days to weeks to sort it out In response to the response to my review Of course you don t dictate when my college sends out payment However as they use your service the responsibility of successfully issuing these payment falls on your company and software 20 000 student plus have been repeatedly delayed in receiving payments issued via the digital check I have communications from my school explaining the issues Deflection does look good on a corporation

The mobile version does not work at all I have tried in every browser and even requested desktop site it doesn t do it Terrible user quality

If I could give this company a zero I would I rented a week of vacation through Redweek com and checkbook io is the company they use to distribute payments They deposited my money into the wrong account at the wrong bank Almost 3000 gone Communication with checkbook io has been atrocious There is no one to actually speak to They say they don t have that capability yet What kind of business is this They said they sent a Letter of Intent to the bank where my money was deposited When I asked for the content of the letter I was told that they can t provide that information unless it is the insurance company for the person who was defrauded It has been a month and a half and I am still waiting for a resolution to my situation They also said they were not allowed to give me their physical address It s in San Mateo CA by the way I found it on the web Why can t they give me a physical address This is all very shady to me If they resolve my issue I will certainly give them credit but so far I don t have much confidence in this company I would not recommend using them

My customer has paid me using these guys I m a contractor on 4 occasions now Each time it s taken longer for the money to be deposited toy bank account The last time it took two weeks from date of check being sent Was advised it was a glitch in the system they had to fix and hoped to have payment to me that day then took 4 days to see it still This time I was given a date of May 27 for funds to hit my account I just looked to see that it has now been pushed back to June 1st now Still waiting for the excuse as to why this is happening yet again Tried calling the number given on the multiple other complaints here on this site and the phone rings and ends with an answering machine that doesn t even state that the number line belongs to Checkbook IO I m about to contact a lawyer about this as these delays are keeping me from recouping money spent on material as well as labor from jobs completed

Absolutely the worst company I ve worked with in a long time I used their services for payments of commissions earned by my subcontractors Well apparently the funds went missing between Checkbook io and my contractors account They accept zero responsibility saying the account was hacked and account numbers were changed Shouldn t they have security measures in place to prevent funds this large being taken Read their fine print which they claim releases them from any liability of missing funds Well who else would be at fault I wish I knew this could happen before I used their service I thought the funds would securely be delivered to the vendors I paid but now I am being told that they are most of the time but there are instances where it can be redirected Apparently it doesn t happen often but I m not the first case and I won t be the last

This company is hard to pin down due to lack of exposure on review sites except for one that indicates it s a scam While I haven t been scammed it does seem like a shady business I was forwarded to its services when trying to make an online purchase I signed up and opted to manually verify my bank info with the account numbers instead of providing my online banking credentials While waiting and having my online order timed out I tried to login here to see what was going on and my account was terminated without any notice There s no answer from live chat or support Seems like they harvest banking information

Horrible company This was from last year but they popped up again and figured I would prevent someone from choosing this company again My experience was that you can cancel any time as it states in their contract They DO NOT let you cancel and you must contact your bank to cancel I would get responses back that my representative would reach back out to me which never did Responses saying they canceled my services kept getting charged The support email was a canned response I never got anywhere Last attempt was to contact the person s cell number that enrolled me for their services and he even said i m sorry they are horrible and I never even got paid from them They scammed me too Do NOT use them

An ACH is missing and there is no way to contact a person to speak when it is absolutely urgent This company is handling huge transactions with no accountability I will be pursuing a complaint to the full ability of our organization
