Prices good

ordering was easy I got the delivery in jus two days which was great what isn t great though is the user experience I didn t get an update on the shipping unless the email went to Spam and on the website it just went from preparing to shipped or something like that anyway point is great service but not so clear communication best thing is the price of course

Prices good Availability of items good My only quibble would be that I did not get an email from the company saying goods were dispatched I looked at my online account it said Completed I rang the co they were friendly helpful reassuring on the phone suggested I waited one day for contact from courier DPD did send me a text message at 635am to say my parcel would be delivered 0737 to 0837 At 0737 it arrived

Would have liked update on delivery Account not made at time of purchase so couldn t track order

Need to read emails sent to company

Would have given 5 but due to problem with bank site the order was duplicated sent email immediately asking for one of duplicates to be cancelled and money refunded but this didn t happen so two orders same received
