5 Star family run business

Lui the team have been amazing We got 5 star service from the first consultation to completion We bought bifolds and a window for our new extension and a new front door to replace our outdated one that was on its last legs There was never any pressure or hard selling tactics used as we d experienced from other companies Lui was professional and more than happy to offer advice and answer questions He took time to design the doors and window we wanted The doors were delivered quickly and fitted well We did experience some minor damage to our bifolds on delivery however the parts were ordered and replaced at no extra cost and we got the quality products we paid for at a very fair price Would definitely recommend using this local family-run company they really have been great

My wife and I booked a consultation with a pleasant man at chiltern doors They let our children watch their programmes on the TV They explained every door type to us and we looked at their full range My wife decided on a Palladio door which was top quality It was a little bit more expensive than the normal range We found it very helpful actually seeing all of the doors in person Our door was put in yesterday The engineer was very neat and tidy I will be buying a sliding door in the future when we complete our extension 5 stars from us

Great customer service

Great customer service kept us up to date on progress install and the sales guy even dropped into ensure everything was perfect on a Saturday No pushy sales pitch or the normal start high in price and then back and forth with follow ups Highly recommend

First class

Chiltern doors replaced two sets of entrance doors and frames for us the fitters made a very good job of installing and cleared the site of all the unwanted debris nice products that look good and seem to be very efficient thank you Chiltern doors we are pleased

I m glad to say the Chiltern doors company is worth giving them a chance if you interested to replace the new doors and windows I must say thanks to Mr Shah has been polite and supportive more than I expected He understood my needs budget and expections and to say im happy is an understatement The fitting was smooth and we have had no issues I was kept updated throughout the process and they managed my expections I would highly recommend this company if you are after doors windows Thanks

Our experience has been nothing but amazing we were in a real tough spot from a previous builder and these guys came in and literally saved us Great customer service and great products they don t disappoint The business owner Louie is absolutely amazing I would highly recommend and use them over and over again
