DO NOT BUY READ THIS FIRST SCAM DECEPTIVE COMPANY

DO NOT BUY THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM Their website is a scam as seen in other reviews I went to buy the product they then said i could add a free product lie After selecting the product I couldn t unselect it after they made me pay shipping I then went back to the purchase page so that I didn t have to select one of their other scam products with my order Despite me not confirming what free product I wanted and not confirming my order they charged my card 3 times I asked them immediately after to cancel the orders which they refused and said I d have to return the order to America which they know would cost me a fortune in shipping This is a SCAM company which is using these sly deceptive tricks to get customers to order twice without being able to refund Avoid them like they re the plague

Packaging isn t sealed - and these things go in your mouth

My updated review is still unchanged Their response wasnt any different than what I was told previously and honestly was a bit condescending - its common sense to drop them in boiling water etc There are other competitors making the same type of product so shop around first it seems like a great product at first glance but its shipped to you with open unsealed packaging which to me is not hygienic for a product you put into your mouth After asking about my options to return I was told I would have to pay the shipping which is international from the US and not worth it considering the original price If you care about your hygiene oral health I would not waste money on this product

Great workout but broke in a few weeks

Great workout but broke in a few weeks I called for a replacement they got back right away and sent one but it s been 2 weeks so all the gains I have gotten from working out will just go away every time I have to replace it You will never get chiseled jaw with this replacement takes to long

Hidden scam subscription charges

I ordered the product it was okay in quality But after 30 days I received a further 30 charge on my card for a subscription to their service This was not listed on their product page or on the checkout form The confirmation email I received never mentioned the subscription charge Upon checking they have this buried in the terms of service after around 10 paragraphs As a result this company is breaking UK law and I have filed a fraud charge with my credit card company DO NOT BUY

The product split in a couple weeks

The product split in a couple weeks after use - be warned it is not high quality nor durable UPDATE They have ignored my request for a replacement and have flagged this review to be taken down saying it isn t genuine - be warned this company is a total scam and has no integrity

Haven t gotten any information regarding my order

I made an order a few weeks ago I still haven t received any sort of order confirmation or tracking code or anything And while that is my main problem I d also like complain about the cheap and dirty way in which the site got me to spend another 30 by supposedly giving me a free product The small letters did say I d have to pay shipping but why would shipping be 30 it wasn t that much for the actual order And as soon as I clicked on it I couldn t cancel it Sure technically it wasn t theft but come on how do you expect people to trust your company when you use strategies like that to rip off people In any case I already paid for it so I want my product

Unauthorized Credit Card Charges

Ordered from them once four months ago and just noticed that they have charged my credit card 30 month ever since Emailed customer service about the charges and I have yet to get a response Would rate zero stars if possible

Avoid Chisell if you live in Europe

The chisell 1 year free replacement worked great until this year - in which they changed their policy and started charging the replacements shipment In my case it s awful because I live in Europe and the product is not shipped from EU - and I am obliged to pay a customs fee this is misleading because chisell is from Latvia - a European country and that s why I even decided to buy their product in the first place last year If you live in Europe don t buy this product You re likely obliged to pay customs fee additionally to the chisell s replacements shipping and even worse - have to wait 1 month between replacements Right now I m avoiding my last months of eligible replacements and looking for alternatives mastic gum

poor quality not durable waste of money

Unfortunately the product tore very shortly after purchase The company sent a replacement which tore even quicker than the first and refused to provide a refund They also refused to send me a stronger Chisel unless I paid more The company has terrible reviews all over social media with customers having the same experience as mine
