DO NOT BUY CHISELL

DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE The format of their website is a borderline scam Upon checkout they notify customers that they are getting free products due to being their 50 000th customer or some other number and then they proceed to make you pay almost full price for all their items They them block you from getting a refund with the excuse of not being able to stop the shipping even if the refund was requested within an hour of the purchase DO NOT BUT CHISELL THEY ARE A SCAM You can get the same product with a cheaper price elsewhere

Busted in a week Got a reply that only 10 broke Very coincidental that exactly on the dot 10 broke Think that s an underestimation Still they re sending me another pair Will probably be here two months from now though Grab ya an old piece of a tire or 69 more man idk just ain t worth 40 bucks for some british aesthetician designs

FRAUDULENT BUSINESS

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM They have been charging me every month since I bought their product It turns out you are automatically signed up for a subscription when you buy one of their products - READ THE TERMS AND AGREEMENTS They never mention or write the word subscription in any following email or during the purchasing process This is unethical malicious fraudulent business dealings Its such a shame because I did get the product but this backhanded shadiness means EVERYONE NEEDS TO AVOID BUYING FROM THEM I really hope someone reads this before buying and I have saved some unsuspecting customers from exploitation and scamming

Absolute scam unknowingly signed up for subscription and no one ever got back to me when I wanted to stop it and had multiple transactions taken out of my bank on random days

FRAUDULENT COMPANY DO NOT BUY

Please tale a minute to read this since it will save you money and hassle THIS ITEM IS A SCAMI bought this item about 2 months ago and each pair breaks down only after a few days of use I ve never used a jaw exerciser before I m on my third replacement pair and every time this has happened the company says they have a free year replacement policy BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY SHIPMENT COSTS every time they break down in my case this means after a few days I ve never experienced such a legal fraudulent company

I have ordered 2 regular chisells yesterday and after that I have got 5 unauthorized transactions from chisell Why on earth would I order 5 more Also no tracking has come on my email yet and I don t know if they will refund my money and if my order will come Please respond to my email

Customer service support is not replying to my emails

Customer service support is not replying to their emails I ve sent 3 emails from the last 3 weeks and I only got 1 automated email saying that they got my email and I should wait for a customer service representative to answer my questions I just wanted to a replacement for the 3-pcs pack I ve bought from their website I ve been using chisell for 2 years now They used to reply fast to customer emails inquiries and replacement requests but not anymore I m not the only one who s experiencing this A lot of people also complain in the comments section of their Instagram posts The company don t exist anymore They still still to take away your money but they don t have any inventory anymore DO NOT BUY from Chisell I will be switching to a different company who offers the same product now

8 months of fraudulent charges on my credit card

Chisell has continued to charge my credit card over and over again for the past 8 months totaling over 300 in fraudulent charges DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION Update In less than an hour after contacting them they charged my card 3 times in rapid succession

FAKE PRODUCT KEEPS ON CHARGING YOUR CREDIT CARD STAY AWAY

So bought this a month back got it delivered after 2 weeks broke in the very first 10 minutes thought was a bad choice and product and left it like that Today got charged in credit card 40 USD again so had to write a review for people from being scammed
